Hotel is in a great location/neighborhood but in need of renovations.
Pros:

Easy to get to and parking available nearby. Easy access to public transport. Mini fridge available in room.

Cons:

This hotel is in need of refurbishment. Huge water stain in the bathroom, broken/battered furnishings, no daily cleaning unless specifically requested. AC unit blew air, but was not at all cold. Luckily there was a fan provided in the room and it was not too hot out (max 26C) during our stay.

Дуже дуже погано! Кондиціонер не працював! Попросили повернути кошти ! Такк і не повернули ! Пропали 2 ночі проживання !!! Писали на booking обіцяли повернути кошти так і не повернули !!! Парковка не зручна ! Заїхати можна , виїхати треба бути профісіоналом! Не раджу ні в якому разі !!!

Absolute Katastrophe!
1. Ankunft in strömendem Regen. Um in die TG zu kommen, muss man zufuß durchs Hotel in den Keller, um händisch das Tor zu öffnen. Dann wieder hoch und mit dem Auto reinfahren. Extrem beengte TG mit einigen wenigen Plätzen - für 20,-/Nacht...
2. Aufzug im Hotel defekt. Koffer müssen zufuß nach oben getragen werden.
3. Gebuchtes Zimmer anders als auf den online Bildern. Runtergekommen, schmutziger Teppich, muffiger Geruch. Telefon nicht installiert, Kabel liegt einfach rum.
4. Klimaanlage defekt! EXTREME HITZE im Zimmer, einziges Fenster geht zum zugemauerten Innenhof,sodass kaum Luft reinkommt. Mindestens 30 Grad im Zimmer. UNZUMUTBAR mit 2 kindern, Schlaf unmöglich.
REZEPTION abends nach 18 uhr und auch morgens um 8.30 nicht erreichbar gewesen. Keine Reaktion auf Emails. Einzige Reaktion einer MA: "ja, ist kaputt, kann ich nix machen."
Morgens gezwungenermaßen abgereist und anderes Hotel gebucht - OHNE MÖGLICHKEIT der persönlichen Beschwerde!
5. Frühstück: Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Eier, Kaffee. Fertig. .
Für 330,- plus 40,- Parkgebühr für 2 Nächte eine BODENLOSE Frechheit.

Auch im Nachgang KEINE Reaktion auf Emails.

Ich hab schon sehr viele Hotels gesehen- aber das war mit Abstand das Schlimmste!

No aircondition. I came to the room only to sleep because it was like a sauna. Even when I opened the window, it didn't help.
Also, there's a mini bar in the room that doesn't work.
Very old and not renovated at all..
I couldn't wait to leave there.
There's a great hotel 280 meters away.

Unable to access room
Cons:

I was unable to access the hotel on arrival on Saturday night at 9pm, and only got inside when another guest gave me access. There was nobody at reception to check me in, and neither of the phone numbers given for assistance were answered. A young couple who arrived at the same time as me were in the same position, I'm only glad that we all had money to book another room at short notice. I received an unhelpful email from the hotel the following morning advising me that I should have called the phone numbers provided for assistance. I will be looking for a full refund.

Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Les salles de bain refaites.

Cons:

La climatisation était en panne depuis trois semaines. Malgré un ventilateur portable, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. De plus, nous étions au troisième étage et l' ascenseur est aussi tombé en panne. Donc dans l ensemble, c'était moins agréable que prévu et il y'avait très peu de personnel.

The location was good

Cons:

But it was very hot there. Acs were not working. No one was there at desk. Though it was mentioned in app that 24 hr desk service is available but we waited from 6:30 am till 12:00 at noon for someone to address our issue. Even we were ready to pay extra charges for early check-in and breakfast but no staff was there. Some staff was cooperative while some instead of dealing with clients were busy in their personal calls.

Jedynie co czego nie mam uwag to śniadanie

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji ale to chyba chwilowa awaria. Bardzo brudne firany wręcz czarne i poplamione w obu pokojach jakie mieliśmy dostępne. Łazienki zadgryzione zębem czasu dosłownie. Brak prysznica tylko wanna. Dostawka córki była połamana. Jedyny plus to czysta pościel.
