Pros:

The hotel was very nice and the city was very accessible with the tram being nearby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was nicely prepared, however the cleanliness was not perfect as some hair was on the bed and papers from previous check-ins were spread around in the room.

Ich werde die Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen.
Cons:

Die Frühstücksbrötchen waren nicht genügend aufgebacken, wenn überhaupt.
Es gab nur Müsli mit Zucker. Das Rührei war überhaupt nicht gut gebraten.
Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nur zu Schlafen und zur Körperpflege geeignet.
Preis /Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Possibilità di fare il check in anche oltre gli orari indicati, tramite codici di accesso alla struttura e via telefono.
Personale cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura non appare molto pulita. Polvere per le scale e moquette macchiata. Manca un po’ di manutenzione: mobile del bagno gonfio/rovinato per effetto dell’acqua che schizza dal lavandino, anta del mobile del frigobar rotta, vetro del quadro all’ingresso rotto) Tanti piccoli dettagli che, nell’insieme, determinano una valutazione medio/bassa.
La camera, durante il soggiorno, non viene pulita/sistemata.

Di minor rilevanza rispetto a quanto sopra:
La colazione a buffet prevede pane, ciambelline dolci, affettati e verdure, yougurt e cereali (oltre a bevande calde e succhi di frutta). Solo alla terza colazione sono state portate alcune brioches, che sono finite però subito. Non sono previste torte/biscotti o altri dolci

L’unica foto che inserirò è quella del quadro in camera con vetro rotto, che oltre a rappresentare la poca manutenzione, costituisce anche potenziale pericolo per l’ospite.
