ár/értékben egyik verhetetlen szálláshely Bécsben
Pros:

Finom reggeli, jó elhelyezkedés. Ár/érték arányban szuper volt. Köszönjük!

Cons:

Talán a fűtés nem ment túl jól, a zuhanypanel ki-kiugrott a helyéről. Mivel nem jeleztük így sajnos lehet utánnunk is hasonlókat tapasztalnak.

Die Abwesenheit von jeglichem Service oder Kontakt ist sehr frech.

Das Bett war überraschend gut.

Cons:

Habe extra vorher mit dem Hotel abgeklärt, dass ich am Abend anreisen werde (aber immernoch deutlich innerhalb der offiziellen Check in Zeiten). Konnte am Tag der Anreise aber niemanden erreichen, weder telefonisch noch im Hotel. Dankenswerterweise hat mir jemand von drinnen aufgemacht, sodass ich nicht im kalten bleiben musste.

Odada küvetin olması ve buzdolabının olması hoşuma gitti. bana verilen odada bazı sorunlar vardı (klimanın ısıtmaması, duş başlığının çalışmaması, küvet tıpasının olmaması). rica üzerine odamı değiştirdiler.

Cons:

oda temiz değildi. köşeler tozluydu. küvette saç kalıntıları vardı. bana verilen ilk odada küvet tıpası yoktu, klima ısıtmıyordu ve duş başlığından gelen su basınçlı gelmiyordu.

Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovation nötig (abgeplatzte Oberflächen beim Waschtischschrank). Die Türe liess sich nicht mal halb öffen, da die Türe am Boden anstand.

Vielleicht Pech - als kurzfristige Option für eine Nacht okay, ansonsten eher woanders hin.
Pros:

Die Nähe zu U6 und Volksoper waren die wirklichen Pluspunkte des Hotels. Ansonsten...war es ein Dach über dem Kopf.

Cons:

In Dachgeschoss-Zimmer hatte es beim Check-In um 15:00 Anfang Oktober etwa 30°C aufgrund nicht vorhandener Klimatisierung (außer zwei Dachflächen-Fenstern). Der Teppichboden hatte Flecken, aber auch die Decke, die beiden Lampen im Zimmer waren etwas suboptimal angebracht. Der Wasserhahn im Bad tropfte, und das Kästchen dahinter (Press-Span-Holz) war aufgequollen und beschädigt. Aber mein eigentliches Highlight war die ("immerhin" rundum dick abgedichtete) Elektro-Verteilerdose in der Dusche - zumindest sah es danach aus.
Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas "abgewohnt", aber okay. Das Bett war gut und sauber.

Der, immerhin freundliche, Portier erklärte mir beim Check-In gleich, dass die Rezeption am nächsten Tag morgens nicht belegt sein werde und der Schlüssel zum Check-Out einfach in ein Körbchen abzulegen sei. Die nicht besetzte Rezeption bekamen bei meiner Rückkehr gegen 23:00 Uhr scheinbar auch andere Gäste zu spüren, die offenbar einchecken wollten - allerdings blieb ich nicht dort stehen, um den Ausgang zu erleben.

Dass kein täglicher Zimmerservice erfolgt, wird vielfach mit Notizen und Aufklebern im Zimmer mitgeteilt, was mit dem Umweltgedanken erklärt wird - kann man unter diesem Aspekt gut finden oder nicht, es sollte jedoch vorher darauf hingewiesen werden.

"Leider" habe ich beim Check-In das Frühstück um 16€ extra dazugebucht. Es war ein sehr grundlegendes Standardfrühstück das durch Nichts besonders hervorstach. Die einzige Servicekraft, obwohl sichtlich bemüht, war offenbar überfordert obwohl der Frühstücksraum nicht komplett belegt war. Tische wurden erst sehr spät abgeräumt (erschwerte die Platzasuche), und zweimal wurde sie darauf hingewiesen, dass die Milchausgabe für Cappucino bei der Kaffemaschine nicht funktionierte. Beide Male versuchte sie dies zu beheben, was aber scheinbar nicht glückte.
Bei der Auswahl an (oft nicht wahnsinnig teureren) Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in Wien war der einzige (!
