Hotelske sobe nemaju klima uređaje već neki mali jeftini ventilator, a vani je uredno preko 30 stupnjeva po ljeti.

Pros:

Hotel umístěn 3 zastávky tramvají od hlavního vlakového nádraží. Recepce 24/7. Excelentní snídaně (velký výběr, každý den bylo něco nového) a příjemný personál.

Cons:

Pokoje nejsou izolované (je slyšet vše co se děje na chodbě a ve vedlejších pokojích), na pokoji chybí lednička, v teplech by byla vhodná i klimatizace. Pokoj byl průměrně zařízen. Nutno podotknout, že byl čistý.

Pros:

Ce que j'ai apprécieé le plus c'est l'emplacement de l'hotel Enziana, il est central et très proche de la gare Rennweg, le petit déjeuner est super bon, le personnel aussi

Cons:

Les equipements surtout le lit et les oreillers sont très anciens et pas confortables, la chambre n'est pas aussi spacieuse, toilette aussi

GREAT LOCATION. Overall value for money ideal for short stay trippers on a budget.
Pros:

Central location, spacious lobby with good atmosphere, seating, and air conditioning.
Reception service, depending on who was on duty differed the gentleman mainly at the desk was informative and efficient others less so.
Breakfast was very good and fresh covering all tastes. The staff were attentive replacing items as required, quickly quietly and efficiently.

Cons:

We arrived late in Vienna due to flight delays, Ryanair again !
A quite superior room was requested in the booking, our room 411 was not quite and clearly required refurbishment,
including electrical equipment.
Next day we changed rooms to 425 which was an improvement.
The bedrooms do not have air conditioning which was disappointing, the room fan provided made little difference to comfort.

Hotel in guter Lage, aber abgewohnt und Service unbefriedigend.
Pros:

Optimale Lage für Anreise zum Flughafen. Auch nahe am Zentrum Wiens. Straßenbahn- und S-Bahn Haltestelle sehr gut erreichbar. Sauberkeit bei unserem Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, der Vorhang hing teilweise herunter. Wir wollten eigentlich ohne Frühstück buchen, weil wir schon um 5 Uhr zum Flughafen mussten. Wie das Frühstück mit in die Buchung gerutscht ist, kann ich leider nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Obwohl wir erst vor Ort bezahlten, wurde das Früchstück nicht abgezogen. Der Rezeptionist wusste, dass wir früh weg mussten und versprach uns eine Frühstücksbox. Am nächsten Tag war diese aber nicht vorhanden, weil sie erst ab 6:30 verfügbar ist.

Camere non buone
Pros:

La hall buona. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La camera con abat jour spente in quanto non cerano le prese a muro. Il bagno piccolo con tazza wc che si intasava facilmente. Doccia troppo piccola. Camera poco pulita.

Super für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Gute Lage
Einchecken jederzeit möglich

Cons:

Keine Nacht-Vorhänge, dass Zimmer wurde daher schnell hell am Morgen.
Bad eher renovationsbedürftig, v.a. Dusche (Fugen)
