Pros:

Arrêt de Tram Rennweg.
Deux trams. Le 71 qui permet d'aller à l'opéra (et trois ligne de métros) et dans l'autre sens, aller au cimetière centrale de Vienne. Et le O qui vient de la gare de train "Hauptbahnhof" pour continuer jusqu'au PRATER.

Hemos pasado tres noches en este hotel, y sinceramente tengo sentimientos encontrados.
Las habitaciones son rústicas, con su cama con estructura de madera, un armario también de madera, que están bastante bien. El desayuno también bastante bien, aunque nos desilusionó que no hubiera gofres como en la foto. En general esta bien calidad precio a demás de tener el tranvía a unos metros y el tren del aeropuerto a una parada de tranvía. También apuntar que el personal es bastante agradable.

Cons:

Como peros, diría el baño, se quedaba anticuado, una bañera que tuvimos que quitarle el tapón porque no tragaba, con algunas marcas de óxido.
También apuntar que nuestra habitación, tenía una puerta al lado de la televisión que daba a la siguente habitación, aún estando cerrada con llave, fue algo que no nos hizo mucha gracia. Si que es verdad que algunos comentarios dicen lo del ruido, pero aún siendo así los ruidos son muy pocos y cada mucho, no supusieron un problema .Y ya por último la televisión, no es algo esencial, pero no pudimos ver nada, todo eran canales alemanes, sin opción a poner subtítulos, y los que eran en inglés eran de dibujos. A demás de que no era smart TV así que si planeáis ver una peli compraros un conversar a smart TV.

neizpolnjena obljuba iz rezervacije, kazen do katere je prišlo zaradi tega in slabo stanje kopalnice

ob rezervaciji sem iskal namestitev s parkiriščem, ob prihodu parkiričča ni bilo, niti pomoči, kako parkiranje urediti ali alternativa. predno sem razpakiral sem od policije že prejel kazen zaradi parkiranja na časovno omejenem območju.

Good location; pleasant room; tiny WC and shower.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs, as I had to visit the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna every day. Most of the stuff were very friendly and the reception and building looked cool. The first impression of the room was quite good and the view was fine.

Cons:

The shower was tiny with a very thin curtain that would either stick on me, or the whole bathroom floor would get wet... The bathroom was generally tiny, and I guess this is why you prioritise pictures of other rooms' bathrooms that are larger and perhaps renovated. The mattress was fair, but the pillow was uncomfortable and made me wake up several times. The chair was unbearable. I had to sit to do a lot of work with my laptop and it was a pain. Also, I wish basic cutlery were provided.

Frühstück war ok. Personal war auch ok.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind katastrophal, insbesondere für den Preis. Man hört alle Nachbarn und jeden, der auf dem Flur läuft. Dazu war zwischen 6 Uhr und 24 Uhr, als ich da war, immer wieder ein Motor zu hören. Das heißt, ich hatte maximal 6 Stunden Schlaf.
Das Badezimmer war unsauber und eklig.
WLAN kann man vergessen. Alle 5Minuten gab es Verbindungsprobleme.

Está muy bien situado, no hablan español e hicieron lo posible para entendernos
Había una incidencia con la tele y lo arreglaron
