I was for a conference in University of Wien, which was very close to the hotel (10mins by walking). Also the popular places like St.Niholas cathedral is within 15 minutes of walk. Location is very convenient. The stuff is really helpful and took care whenever I asked something

立地が良く静かで過ごしやすいホテルです
Pros:

立地抜群！
地下鉄U2の駅からも3分程で、路面電車乗り場もすぐ。
シュテファン大聖堂などの歴史地区にも徒歩15分位で散歩がてら出かけられます。
4分程でスーパーが2軒あるのでお買い物にも困りません。

特筆すべきは周囲の治安の良さと静けさ。
騒音など全くありませんでした。
造りもしっかりしているのか満室だったようなのに、他のお部屋からの声も聞こえませんでした。
お部屋もコンパクトですが使いやすい設えでした。

スタッフも皆さんとても感じが良く、日本語が話せる方もいます。
看板が良い感じで目立っていて見つけやすいのも助かりました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が壊れていて、すぐに直す気はなさそうな感じでしたが、買ったものはスタッフ室の冷蔵庫に入れておいてくれました。
