The interios need some restauration. Also bathroom devices are a bit old and do not function quite propperly (eg. it was a bit of a challenge to mix cold and hot water for shower)

I will be back!
Pros:

The rooms are simple, but have everything you need. There is a small fridge and a kettle for a cup of tea or coffee.
The staff are all exceptionally friendly and try and assist you in any way or form. The breakfast is a smorgasboard of whatever you would like from scrambled eggs, to different breads, croissants, toasts, fresh cut meats and cheeses, breakfast cereals and a proper muesli with fruit. I do like a soft boiled egg for breakfast. So I asked the attendant - and to my surprise they were very happy to make one for me. Fantastic.
I will definitely retunr to Hotel Bolzmann on my next trip to Vienna. It is easily accessible by tram and only a few minutes from the tramstop away (note that if you go by Google Maps it will tell you to take tram 'D', but that means you will have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs!

Cons:

There is really nothing that I did not like. It is a simple hotel, nice artwork in the staircase and rooms ( I like to walk stairs - when I don't have luggage), small lift.

Die Lage und Ruhe sind grandios, im 9. Bezirk ist sehr ruhig und es ist trotzdem ziemlich zentral. Überhaupt gefällt mir dieser Teil Wiens sehr gut, die amerikansiche Botschaft und auch die anderer Länder sind wohl nicht umsonst in diesem Stadtteil ansässig.

Cons:

Manches viel zu kleinlich...bspsw. wurde für einen Beutel Kamillentee 3.00 Euro berechnet, ohne dsss es kommuniziert wurde, ich finde sowohl die Intransparenz als auch den Preis überhaupt kundenunfreundlich.

Dobrá lokalita v pokojích bylo čisto

Cons:

Když jsme přijeli, garáž, která byla inzerovaná jakože je dostupná a zdarma tak byla plná takže jsme museli parkovat v garáži která byla zpoplatněna vedle a stála 30 € na noc. pokoj byl moderní možná tak v sedmdesátých letech, dnes již velmi zastaralé a ošuntělé a co více, v pokoji nebylo hlavní světlo na stropě - byla tam jen stolní lampa na nočním stolku a vedle televize nějaká lampička náhodná. Sice je to levné, ale přespání na více než jednu noc silně nedoporučuji.
