Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo ładny hol, czyste pokoje, bardzo dobre śniadania i świetna obsługa. Pozdrowienia dla przemiłego Pana z recepcji z Polski. To super hotel na pobyt w Wiedniu, bardzo blisko do centrum i na metro. Zaraz obok supermarket.

Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlüydü, kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve kaliteliydi.

The room was clean and nice, however, I could hear all my neighbors and they absolutely could hear me which means there was no privacy at all. I was travelling solo and I tried to not make any noise but these rooms are definitely not suitable for couples or families. On my first day, the reception called me after 11PM and the phone in my room was only ringing and when I picked it up there was no voice... imagine after 11 PM the phone kept ringing and no voice when I pick up! so I had to go down to the reception to understand why and it turned out to be a complaint from a neighbor because I was talking in my room! This was absolutely ridiculous and I think you better put a note in the room to highlight to residents that all neighbors can hear you CLEARLY. I think the receptionist on that day was not professional enough and he even ignored the issue of the not working phone. Because of this broken phone, I had to go down to the reception to ask for a towel! This was also not good experience. And I reported to the same receptionist (young white man) that the phone is not working and he completely ignored what I was saying. He kept silent... like not even apologizing for this issue in this hotel. The room was fine except for these 2 issues. The privacy issue is critical I think in this hotel because I did not even turn on the TV in my room to not disturb the neighbors. Why have a TV in the room if you can't even turn it on. I was travelling solo but I can't imagine travelling as a couple and I can't talk to my partner because neighbors can hear us. This hotel is definitely not convenient for couples or families. I could hear a baby crying in the next room.

La colazione era molto valida con numerose specialità comprese le torte della casa. I letti comodissimi e stanza molto spaziosa. La struttura è in ottima posizione e vicina a piedi al centro storico di Vienna.
Il personale merita complimenti speciali per la gentilezza e la professionalità mostrata e che posso dire di avere riscontrato raramente nei miei numerosi soggiorni in altre destinazioni. Bottiglia di prosecco offerta per festeggiare il compleanno del mio compagno e scatole di cioccolatini. Che dire... personale meraviglioso! Assolutamente consigliato.

Breakfast was basic with very little variety. The rooms were quite small. However, the location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area.
