Der Preis ließ mehr erwarten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend mitten im Herzen von Wien. Der Empfangssaal ist altösterreichisch prachtvoll. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren gut.

Cons:

Der Empfangssaal ist zwar groß und prachtvoll, er wird aber für Angebote zum Vorteil des Gastes kaum genutzt. Es ist enttäuschend, dass dort nur ein Wasserkocher für Tee und löslichen Kaffee zur Selbstbedienung herumsteht. Andere Getränke, kleine Snacks und Service stehen nicht zur Verfügung.
Im Prinzip war das Zimmer zwar sauber, es war aber nicht gründlich geputzt. Sonst hätte unter dem Bett kein Q-Tip gelegen. Die Sauberkeit des Bades war hingegen nicht zu beanstanden.
Das ebenerdige Restaurant wird frühmorgens beliefert. Die Fenster schließen aber weitgehend schalldicht.

Yderst vellykket og rart. Vi kommer igen.
Pros:

Atmosfæren, venligheden og enestående beliggenhed, ved Stephansdom midt i Wien. Man har alle fordele, herunder Ubahn, lige udenfor døren. Morgenmaden er forresten stærkt anbefalelsesværdig.

Cons:

Intet at berete.

A splendid hotel in a great central location.
Pros:

Comfortable & spacious room. Friendly & helpful staff. Good relaxed breakfast (mostly continental style). Generally, very nice and quiet.

Cons:

Towels were rather thin - not thick and fluffy as we'd like. Heard some odd plumbing noises (?) sometimes at night that disturbed our sleep.

Zimmer gut, Lage Hinterhof ist nicht meines, Frühstück sehr gut und gemütlich

Der Sissi/Franzl Flair passt sehr gut zu Wien. Die Lage ist top

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir dass man bei einem Einzelzimmer, wie so oft ,ein nicht so schönes Zimmer bekommt. Das Zimmer an sich ist total in Ordnung, ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass man gefragt wird ob man keine Ausblick und im ersten Stock sein will. Andere mögen den ruhigen Hinterhof vielleicht. Ich habe mich da nicht so wohl gefühlt und wäre lieber weiter oben gewesen und mit Fenster zur Straße. Aber wie gesagt, man wird ja leider nicht gefragt.

Séjour viennois avec Sissi !
Pros:

L'emplacement est dans l'épicentre du centre ville, donc à proximité immédiate de toutes les boutiques, restaurants etc, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
La chambre est un peu "datée", mais cela a du charme (lustre cristal, fauteuils profonds, dais au dessus du lit ...) et c'est tout à fait dans le style "Sissi" !
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment complet et de grande fraîcheur.
Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, et un Monsieur à l'accueil parle très bien français.
Nous avons également utilisé la "navette aéroport", bien appréciable et confortable, et avec un chauffeur adorable.
On est ravis de notre séjour !

Cons:

Il pourrait y avoir un air de chauffage dans la chambre, car c'était un peu juste le matin (Octobre).
Conseil aussi : souhaiter les anniversaires des clients : je suis venue pour mon anniversaire, et j'aurais adoré avoir un tout petit geste, même modeste.
