The Kaiserin Elisabeth is our home away from home. This was our third stay and, as always, everything we wanted was there. Staff are warm, welcoming, professional, friendly and always on hand to help or assist in any way. They clearly all take a pride in their work and in working for a lovely hotel. No negative points at all. Location is perfect for sightseeing, public transport (Vienna is a model of how an integrated public transport system should be run), and our room was quiet for every single moment of the fourteen nights we stayed there. Bars and restaurants of all kinds and to suit all pockets and tastes are right on the doorstep

Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, sehr gute zentrale Lage.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstücksbüffet , viel Personal versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und garantiert, dass auf dem Buffet nie etwas fehlt. Nachmittags Kaffee in der Lobby zur Selbstbedienung. Nettes freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen wäre eine falsche Bezeichnung, Hotel hat leider keine Bar.
