Kaiserliche Residenz
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig. Man erreicht den Stephansdom und viele weitere Attraktionen in Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Klimaanlage intuitiv bedienbar. Ein Schild am Eingang weist auf berühmte Gäste hin.

Cons:

In einem unserer beiden Einzelzimmer war die separate Toilette sehr eng. Im anderen war sie im grossen Bad völlig in Ordnung. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

Exceptional
Pros:

Respectful, nice, friendly people in the reception. Provided us with anything we needed. We cant thank them enough, although we are from saudi arabia they did not let us feel disrespected. And we appreciate it. The room is clean with beautiful view. Good housekeeping staff.

素晴らしいホテル
Pros:

チェックインのとき、日本語で挨拶され、日本語で部屋番号を言われた。朝食が美味しい。シュテファン寺院の近くにあり、鐘の音が聞こえる。地下鉄の駅まで歩いてすぐなので、どこに行くにも便利。周りに飲食店がたくさんある。ホテルのそばのZum weißen Rauchfangkehrerというオーストリア料理のレストランがとても美味しいので、一度は行く方が良い（ミシュランガイド掲載店、予約は必須、ピアノ生演奏あり）。ホテルの近くにアップルストア、両替店、無料の水飲み場、馬車の乗り場、とにかく何でも揃っている。日本人に人気が高いCafé Sacherにも歩いて行ける（予約推奨、予約なしなら早朝か深夜に行くと良い）。ホテルの周りは深夜まで人通りが多い地域だが、ホテルが面している路地はとても静か。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が小さいこと。

Very nice 5-day our 1st visit Vienna, centrally located and very walkable to everything.
Pros:

Hotel in a historical building...We like the room was quite large enough for 2, clean, with a comfy bed and a shower (we requested vs. a bath); We are thankful to all staff, who were very helpful and accommodating for every question and request we had. Location - you can't ask for more: central, pedestrian streets near major attractions and great restaurants we can walk to easily...Overall - very positive and nice stay, very quiet room.

Cons:

The window in our room faces the internal courtyard - with nothing to look at, other than utility cables, and service/maintenance constructions...probably that is why it was very quiet throughout the day and at night.
Every morning around 10, they knock on the door to check on the use of refrigerator items until you put a "Do Not Disturb" sign.
