Pros:

sehr gutes Frühstück, wird laufend frisch hergerichtet, große Auswahl und entspanntes Ambiente, mit Blick in den grünen freien Innenhof, der sorgt für mehr Freiraum, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich, aber im Gegensatz zum letzten Aufenthalt deutlich kleiner und hatte eine Mansarde, sodass man sich beim geraden Aufstehen aus dem Bett den Kopf anschlagen kann, was leider einmal passiert ist. In diesem Zimmer war die Eingangstür zum Bad nicht im Vorraum, sondern direkt neben dem Kopfteil des Bettes. Dieses Zimmer sollte mit diesen Hinweisen und vergünstigt angeboten werden. Uns wurde ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, auf den wir aber verzichteten. Die Morgensonne in der obersten Etage machte es wieder gut :-)

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Sightseeing Tour in Wien
Pros:

Fangen wir mit dem unglaublich freundlichen Empfang einer fröhlichen Mitarbeiterin an, folgend mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers ( tägliche Reinigung + Handtuchwechsel ), den Tag beginnend mit einem außergewöhnlich gut arrangiertem Frühstücksbuffet, das für alle Geschmacksrichtungen etwas geboten hat ( der "Verlängerte" schmeckt sensationell - besser als im Cafe Sacher ;-) ), auch hier sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel an die Innenstadt und dennoch ruhige Lage, mit fußläufig erreichbarem Beißl, Biosupermarkt und hippem Cafe.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Fragen und Wünsche werden rasch beantwortet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Eierköchin, die jeden Morgen die harten Eier mit Gesichtern oder guten Wünschen bemalt. Insgesamt verdient das Frühstück großes Lob. Alles ist frisch und liebevoll angerichtet.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Betten gut. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Dem Zimmer fehlt trotz hübscher Blättertapete beim Bett eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Es fehlen Haken für die Handtücher. Als Ablagefläche kann nur das Gesimse über der Toilette verwendet werden.

In der Hotelbeschreibung sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die zu Sonderkonditionen angebotenen Parkplätze in einer öffentlichen Garage sind und nur nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben werden können. Dies erspart sowohl bei den Gästen als auch beim Personal unerfreuliche Situationen.
