Vienna, piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Un ottimo hotel in una zona tranquilla di Vienna, camere accoglienti e pulite e personale gentile e pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta.

Cons:

Forse un po' distante dal centro ma la zona è ricca di locali che di sera pullulano di giovani.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed and clean.

Cons:

Advertise air conditioning in rooms but it is not working properly, so I dont recommend it for warm days. Staff instead of solve the problem ask for open the windows.

Pros:

The hotel enjoys an excellent location—central yet quiet—with shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-sized, while the washrooms are decent and functional. There is no kettle provided in the room by default, but one was sent immediately upon request. Instead of a traditional room phone, the hotel provides an iPad for guest requests and communication.

The staff were efficient, friendly, and always willing to help, which added positively to the overall experience.

Breakfast was decent but chargeable with a reasonable selection, although no other meals are served at the hotel. Guests should also be aware that many additional services and amenities come with extra charges.

Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with a great location, spacious rooms, and excellent service. While some amenities are not provided as standard and extra charges can add up, the helpful staff and convenient surroundings make it a pleasant place to stay.
