When booking a weekly or monthly rate, bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

가성비 떨어지는 냄새나고 낡은호텔
Pros:

위치는 좋아요. 그런데 위치만 생각하고 선택하기에는 호텔이 너무 상태가 안좋습니다. 에어컨은 고장났고 방에서나는 너무 심한 악취때문에 기분이 상했고 직원은 에어컨이 안된다고 기다리라고하고 2시간반째 방에 우리를 세워두고 보스랑 계속 통화하더니 결국에는 다른방으로 옮겨줬어요. 기차이동으로 너무 피곤한 상태로 겨우 짐풀고 쉬는데 다음날 다시 다른방으로 옮겨야된다고 연락이왔고 다음날 다시 짐싸고 풀고를 하면서 시간이 지체되서 일정이 다 꼬여서 여행을 망쳤어요.

리뷰와 별점. 4성급보고 예약한건데 완전히 속았어요. 여기가 어떻게 4성급인건지 이해가 안되네요. 주방 싱크대에서 나오는물을 그냥 먹어도된다고 직원이 얘기했는데, 여행용샤워기 필터를 단 2번 사워하고 버렸어요. 너무너무 더러워요. 직원과보스에게 저 물을 먹이고싶네요. 욕실은 샤워하면 물이 다 밖으로 샐수밖에 없는 구조라서 너무 힘들게 씻어야되고 화장실에서 침대로 갈때 계단이 2개가 있어서 밤에 불 안켜고가면 위험해요 화장실 낡았고 바닥청소상태.인테리어등 전체적으로 낡고 더러운 호텔이에요. 6월중순,1박에 30만원대인데 10만원대 수준의 호텔이에요. 제발 같은 금액이면 더 좋은곳 많으니깐 여긴 절대 가지마세요.

A great place to stay right in the heart of Vienna.
Pros:

The location is superb. A quiet street just 5-7 mins walk from the centre of Vienna (the cathedral square). The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. It was also really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would certainly go back there if we visit Vienna again.

We had a comfortable stay in this throwback hotel that has an excellent location.
Pros:

We loved the location, because we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom even had a heated floor! I think we were in room 502, which has an obstructed view of St. Stephen’s Cathedral. I don’t think any of the other rooms have views. It is on the top floor.

The staircase reminded us of spy movies. The elevator was from bygone times. The building has quite an interesting history. A plaque in the lobby says: “Built by the Most High Countess Eugenie and Count Maximilian von Platen zu Hallermund by the City Architect Alois Schumacher and the Architect Franz Holik. 1902-1903” In the pavement outside is one of many brass plates we saw commemorating Jews who were persecuted and murdered during WWII.

Cons:

There is a step down into the bedroom that felt a little dangerous.

Amazing property and hosts! Almost perfect!!
Pros:

The got a free upgrade and the rooms were spacious! Loved the decor and the cleanliness of the property! It was a lovely property a short 10 mins walk to the Demel Cafe and Stephenplatz! The AC

The AC was powerful and gave ample cooling but had a garlicky smell

Beautiful apartment, centrally-located, quiet
Pros:

Amazing location, centrally-located and walking distance to everything.

Cons:

Nothing! Note that it doesn’t have amenities like a restaurant, gym, pool etc. We never use those anyways so it was perfect for our stay.
