We stayed here as a family of three and had a very comfortable and memorable stay.
The combination of the historic building and the modern glass elevator felt very Viennese and gave the property a special atmosphere. Our room had very high ceilings, plenty of space, and was very comfortable. The furniture design and colours were just as shown in the booking photos, and everything was also very practical and pleasant to use. The beds were especially excellent and we slept very well.
The location was outstanding — only about a five-minute walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral — yet the room was quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were available 24 hours a day and were friendly and helpful. There were also cafés nearby that opened early in the morning, which was very convenient.
The three air conditioners worked well, the shower water pressure was good, and the hairdryer was strong enough. Towel replacement and room cleaning were also handled properly.
Overall, this is an apartment hotel we would definitely like to use again when we return to Vienna.
There were only a few minor points.
After using the toilet, if the door was kept closed, some odour tended to remain inside. Also, the provided combined shampoo and body wash made our hair feel a little rough, so guests who are particular about hair care may prefer to bring their own shampoo.
During our stay, the water heater in our room unfortunately broke and we could not get hot water. However, when we spoke to the reception staff, they quickly arranged for us to use the bathroom in another room, so the issue was handled appropriately.

Ideal city center location. Amazing glass elevator and spiral staircase - beautiful old building. Aircon broke in our original room so they moved us to another room which was as big as an entire house!! Comfortable, clean and well equipped rooms. We didn't have breakfast so unable to comment on that. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet rooms.
Airconditioning in the room we moved to was stand alone units which were rather noisy. We just turned them down over night.
It’s spacious. It was nice to have some good coffee in the room

It’s ok only
Room on top floor, quiet.
The room did not look at all as advertised. It was a sterile, hotelstyle room. Some minor stuff, like the toilett seat were broken. The "high ceiling" reduced to under 2m when standing in the shower. The room itself was clean, the windows were not.
Also, the advertised parking was not available (received an email the week before departure), alternatives cost over 50 Euro per night
location-this apartment hotel is in one of the handiest locations in Vienna, short walk to ubahn and tram stops, and right in the heart of the old city near St Stephens Cathedral.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was really very central and the apartment big and spacious. Air conditioning was a bonus as experiencing a heat wave. Kitchen vey well equipped. Wanted to eat a traditional Schnitzel and googled the best place to have one and discovered it was right below our accommodation. Would highly recommend.
Being advised that a shuttle needed to be booked in advance for pick up from airport. We arrived at airport and called accommodation for shuttle and they said we did not book it so had to get taxi.
