Labai patiko vieta, pagal lokacija ir renginio vieta buvo labai arti, švaru, tvarkinga, kava ir visi patogumai 100 balų. 👌

Cons:

Trūko komunikacijos kaip patekti į viešbutį atvykus, bet geri žmonės pagelbėjo viską radome laiku. Išvykstant norėjome pusryčių apie 9 val jau buvo mažas pasirinkimas, todėl teko eiti į miestą ieškoti sočių maistingų pusryčių.

Bewusste Täuschung der Gäste – Hier wird mit miesen Tricks gearbeitet!

Personal vor Ort war freundlich – sie müssen wohl täglich den Unmut ausbaden, den die Geschäftsleitung mit dieser Abzock-Masche einbrockt.

Cons:

Wir (zwei Familien) haben dieses 4-Sterne-Hotel wegen eines Konzertbesuchs über ein Jahr im Voraus via Booking.com gebucht – ganz bewusst mit dem Filter „Frühstück inklusive“. Vor Ort das böse Erwachen: Das inkludierte Frühstück war zum Buchungszeitpunkt nur ein Kaffee und ein Croissant, das es es so jetzt nicht mehr gibt. Heute kann man zwar normal frühstücken, aber es ist nicht inkludiert sondern wir müssten eiskalt 19 € pro Person und Tag aufzahlen!
Kurz gesagt: Wir hatten extra ‚mit Frühstück‘ gebucht und bezahlt, welches es vor Ort plötzlich nicht mehr gab – und wer trotzdem nicht hungern wollte, musste für ein normales Frühstück extra draufzahlen.
Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt und suche immer das direkte Gespräch. Nach meiner Beschwerde per Mail kamen vom Management nur Standardfloskeln (Kommunikationsproblem; falsch verstanden; das light Frühstück hätte es eh gegeben; usw.). Seit Tagen herrscht nun komplette Funkstille – meine Mails werden einfach ignoriert.
Ich habe noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben. Deshalb habe ich lange mit mir gerungen, aber da ich selbst vor jeder Buchung die Rezensionen lese, muss ich hier einfach eine klare Warnung hinterlassen.
Die Grundsatzausrede des Hotels: Es hätte damals einen Hinweis auf der eigenen Homepage gegeben. Das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit und bewusste Kundentäuschung. Niemand sucht nach einer Booking-Buchung die Hotel-Website nach verstecktem Kleingedruckten ab. Hier wird der Plattform-Filter manipuliert, um billig an Buchungen zu kommen. Rechtlich ist das eine unzulässige, einseitige Vertragsänderung. Werde mich auch an den Konsumentenschutz wenden. Es geht nicht um die paar Euro, sondern darum, künftige Bucher vor diesen Methoden zu schützen.
Hinweis an das Management: Sparen Sie sich Ihre fadenscheinige, kopierte Standard-Antwort, die Sie unter jede kritische Bewertung setzen. Ihre Ausreden interessieren uns nicht mehr. Künftige Gäste sind hiermit gewarnt: BUCHT DIESES HOTEL NICHT!

It was perfect for our stay, it all felt very private as it wasn’t that busy. The staff left some lovely cake and Prosecco for me and my partner which made the stay even more special. The free tea and coffee was also amazing

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Die Lage ist fantastisch und trotzdem ruhig. Auch der Kaffee/Tee/Kakao morgens ist super. Und die Betten sind sehr bequem!
