立地も良くて静かで快適
Pros:

地下鉄U1・U4のシュヴェーデンプラッツ駅から徒歩数分なのに、静かで治安面でも不安はなかった。
徒歩圏にシュテファン大聖堂など見どころが多くて街歩きが楽しい。イエズス会教会と三位一体ギリシャ正教会は、ここに泊まらなければ訪問することはなかった。近くに大きなスーパーがあったのも便利だった。
建物は古そうだが、改装と掃除がきちんとされていて、清潔感があった。滞在中、玄関やロビーをスタッフが掃除しているところを何度も見たし、ホテル入り口横のテーブルの上の灰皿はいつもきれいだった。
朝食はチーズやハムがたくさんあって美味しかった。

Cons:

部屋の二重ドアになかなか慣れなかった。
水道水の硬度も関係ありそうだけど、備え付けの髪・身体どちらにも使えるシャンプーで洗髪したら、カラーで傷んだ髪がキシキシに...。コンディショナーを持っていって良かった。

Hotel hat tolle Lage, Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir erlebten 4 sehr schöne Tage in Wien

Super Lage in der Innenstadt. in 5 Minuten zum Stephansdom, zum Schwedenplatz an der Donau.
Hotel hat ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Pros:

Soggiorno impeccabile.
La posizione dell'albergo è grandiosa, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla centralissima Stephansplatz, ma anche dalla comodissima fermata della metro che consente di raggiungere tutti i punti strategici della città.
Il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile e accogliente, in qualche caso anche in italiano. Ci è stata fatta trovare, come richiesto, una culla, senza costi aggiuntivi. Menzione d'onore per la signora della colazione, davvero gentilissima e sempre sorridente e disponibile.
La camera era pulitissima, nessuna moquette (che nella maggior parte dei casi si rivela lurida e logora). Il letto kingsize comodissimo e lindo. Bagno confortevole.
La colazione, infine, davvero ottima, di alta qualità e con tanta varietà, sia di dolce che di salato.
Assolutamente consigliato!

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi la stanza un po' troppo piccola. Ma è davvero un difetto ben trascurabile, considerato il poco tempo che, in una città come Vienna, si trascorre in albergo.
