Cons:

Hotel is sterk verouderd. Een totale renovatie is nodig. De kamer is veel te klein. Goedkoop lelijk laminaat op de vloer, afgeleefd lelijk bruin meubilair. Twee super kleine bedjes vlak tegen elkaar geplaatst. Een onfrisse geur hing in de kamer. Badkamer is vernieuwd maar een veel te kleine ruimte; wastafel, wc en douche staan te dicht tegen elkaar. De lift is erg klein. Veel te nemen trapjes, niet voor oudere mensen die slecht te been zijn. 's Avonds is er geen mogelijkheid om iets te drinken, de bar is gesloten...

Wonderful hotel, hope to come back!
Pros:

This was my third time visiting Vienna, and Hotel Austria made the stay feel as wonderful as ever! The location is simply amazing—tucked away in a quiet, charming spot yet right in the heart of the city.
The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night and felt instantly welcomed and cared for after a long journey. The communication was seamless from start to finish, and the breakfast is wonderful—especially the amazing coffee that starts the morning off right.
I was initially nervous about booking a room without an ensuite bathroom, but it turned out to be a complete non-issue for me. My private bathroom was located just down the corridor, spotlessly clean, and exclusively mine. The hotel even provides cozy bathrobes, which added a lovely touch of comfort and convenience.
I cannot recommend Hotel Austria enough for a warm, authentic, and wonderful stay in Vienna. I will definitely hope to come back!

Polecam i wrócimy tam znów.
Pros:

Recepcja 24 godziny na dobę, zawsze bardzo życzliwa. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Super lokalizacja, Ta maleńka uliczka przy której jest hotel izoluje od zgiełku miasta. Pyszne śniadania.
