Good base to explore Vienna
Pros:

Good location, near Upper Belvedere, main station and an Ubahn station.
Beds comfortable. Good sized room. Accommodated our late check in as flight delayed 5 hours. Free coffee in reception area. Couple of supermarkets nearby. Had all ame cities required. Breakfast was continental and perfect for us. Room 1404 was very quiet at back of hotel. Good base to explore Vienna.

Cons:

Room got very hot at night. Aircon didn't work. Had to open window at night to cool the room. 4 night stay and no housekeeping at all so bins never emptied nor cups / glasses changed. Don't mind beds not being made or towels changed but odd that bins not emptied at least once.

Pros:

A great hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, and a comfortable room -- I returned already once and will again when I am in Vienna. The only small drawback: the chairs in the rooms need sliders on their chair feet because the neighboring guests - both times!! - pushed the chairs in their rooms around, which made a good amount of noise - especially annoying when I was trying to fall asleep. Please try to remedy that, dear hotel team, and please do not change in any other way. Thank you for a good experience!

near Vienna train station, supermarket is near, free hot drink all the day
