地點就在中央車站附近，走路幾分鐘就到了，地鐵跟電車都非常的方便，大廳有24小時的咖啡機，不管多晚回來都可以喝一杯熱水或熱牛奶或熱咖啡，很貼心，還有好吃的糖果！

Cons:

中途有請他們清掃房間，但是感覺很草率，但反應後員工服務態度彌補了這個缺點！

Pros:

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, ruhiger Innenhof zum Luftholen bei 30Grad Hitze.

Cons:

Keine gekochten Eier zum Frühstück, Rührei war meist nur in Resten vorhanden. Frontpersonal nicht sehr geschult, Einchecke n dauerte ewig.

Świetny hotel! Byłam z siostrą na kilkudniowym zwiedzaniu Wiednia. Od samego wejścia zostałyśmy miło przywitane, pokój dostałyśmy nawet wcześniej niż planowano. Początkowo miałam problem z zapłaceniem kartą, ale pani z recepcji powiedziała, że to nie problem i mogę podejść zapłacić później.
Same pokoje bardzo ładne i czyste, łóżka i poduszki bardzo wygodne. Poza tym biurko z czajnikiem i małym zestawem herbat/kaw, stoliczek, dwa fotele i dwa stojaki na bagaż, dzięki czemu walizki nie musiały leżeć na ziemi. Łazienka nie za duża, ale świetnie zaopatrzona - toaleta, umywalka z dużym lustrem i prysznic z pełnym zestawem kosmetyków. Poza tym świetna suszarka, która naprawdę suszy włosy, a nie tylko dmucha gorącym powietrzem, jak w większości hoteli.
Z plusów również bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dosłownie 5 minut drogi od dworca głównego, niecałe 10 minut od Belwederu. Do Karlskirche już trochę dalej, jakieś 2 km, ale to wciąż świetna lokalizacja, bo po drodze jest mnóstwo zabytków do podziwiania.
Szczerze polecam ten hotel!

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent; we were able to walk everywhere. The staff answered all our questions patiently and helped us with everything. The breakfast was amazing.

Pros:

Comfy bed and location was close to main train station. Room was quiet. Pretty simple setup.

Cons:

Check in took a while compared to other hotels. Most restaurants nearby were shut on the night we stayed.
