Satisfied with the room.
Pros:

Clean room in very good location near subway station. The staff was very helpful and kind. Comfortable beds and big bathroom.

Cons:

The room was near to the elevator and was a little bit noisy when the elevator worked.

אהבנו כל מה שקשור במלון הזה. המיקום מצוין וצמוד לרכבת תחתית . ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת ולא היה חסר דבר. צוות שירותי ואדיב. ניקיון במלון ובחדרים ללא רבב. שקט ונעים. ביקשנו ארוחת בוקר מאוד מוקדמת (שש וחצי בבוקר) ביום שיצאנו לטיול יום מחוץ לוינה ומיד נענו לבקשתינו . ממליצה בחום .

Great location if taking the train
Pros:

The location was perfect for us since we had luggage and only a few days in Vienna. We could walk to train station within minutes.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt: U-Bahn Station in der Nähe und 20 min zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum.
Das Zimmer war ok aber das Bett und die Matratze war perfekt.
Eine tolle,
große Garage ist auch dabei.

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Zimmer reserviert und ich hatte gehofft, dass sie nebeneinander liegen und nicht in 2 verschwinde Gebäuden .

中央駅に近い、改装済みの快適なホテル
Pros:

中央駅から徒歩で5分ほどの立地。周囲にスーパーなども多い。ベルヴェデーレ宮殿の近く。空港からのアクセスをはじめ、交通の便は申し分ない。部屋は充分な広さがあり、清潔で快適。朝食の種類は豊富。申し分のない滞在だった。

Cons:

もう少し値段が安ければと思うが、設備や立地を考えればやむを得ない。フロントにスタッフが不在であったり、飲み物を自由に飲めるスペースの水が補充されていなかったりと、少々気になる部分が散見されたことが惜しまれる。

Az új tulajdonos kevesebb figyelmet fordít a tisztaságra.
Pros:

A busz-, ill a vasúti pályaudvartól gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető. A szállodától a belváros látnivalói tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhetőek. A reggeli bár drága, de jó minőségű, elfogadható választék. A személyzet udvarias, segítőkész. Az ágy kényelmes.

Cons:

Az utcafronton lévő szobánkba erősen behallatszott a forgalom zaja (motorosok, mentők, árurakodás).
A szoba takarítása elfogadhatatlan. A szemétgyűjtőt csak külön kérésre ürítették. Se söprés, se porszívózás, se felmosás nem volt egy heti tartózkodásunk alatt. A zuhanykabin ajtajáról a fürdőszoba padlójára kifolyt a víz. Takarítás itt sem volt. A zuhanykabinban nincs szappantartó, csak a szálloda által a csempére rögzített flakonokban lévő ismeretlen márkájú folyékony mosdószereket lehet használni.
