Nice hotel, but confusing check-in and negligent customer service staff ruining our experience!
Pros:

Sparkling clean, centrally located hotel in Vienna - very well accessible by tram D. Very helpful Slovak cleaning lady onsite, an absolute life saver in a very difficult situation. Without her, our stay would have been ruined big time.

Cons:

The check-in process was super confusing and caused a high level of stress upon our arrival, as we could not get our keys at first place and there was absolutely nobody reachable to help us. There were very different check-in information provided via Booking, e-mail, and onsite, which did not help at all. Bottom line, we were obviously supposed to receive a code ahead of our stay, but we did not receive anything. And even though I sent a notification to the accommodation about the promised code having not been received, there was absolutely no response from the accommodation or even willingness to take care of the issue. I tried to call three or four different numbers provided by the accommodation via Booking, e-mail, and onsite, but neither of them existed or was picked up. Eventually, the local cleaning lady managed to put us through to the hotel responsible front desk staff (NOT available on site!) via her private phone. These calls were very unpleasant, accusatory, and eventually I received the code after three subsequent urgencies just 8 minutes before the official check-in time. As the same code was supposed to work for a baggage storage room, we could not effectively use that as we planned and instead, we spent a few hours of unproductive waiting time hoping the cleaning lady would do some magic and help us out somehow before there was time for us to leave for our well in advance planned evening programme for which we traveled to Vienna at first place, although she even did not have any authorisation to do that. Absolutely negligent attitude from the hotel back office and fairly poor customer service! I used to stay in this hotel in the past, but after the latest experience I have decided to never come back, it was absolutely not worth the stress and arrogance received through out the check-in process.

Pros:

Comfortable bed and big room. Nice shared kitchen. Good position.

Cons:

Water was only warm: impossible to have a shower without having a cold. The bedroom light wasn't working. Despite we asked for help the first afternoon, we received only words, no one came to solve the problems. The day after we wrote again, and again only promises, no one came.
Very disappointed...

Pros:

Letto molto confortevole, c’erano tutti i servizi necessari ed essenziali, buona posizione e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Isolamento con l’esterno non molto buono, le finestre sono vecchie e si affacciano su una strada principale; i rumori del traffico si sentono molto (anche se dopo una certa ora finiscono). Il WC non era siliconato a terra e si sollevava. Per finire c’era qualche capello in bagno (nella doccia e nel lavandino).

Relax dotato di ogni comfort
Pros:

Pulizia eccezionale staff altrettanto molto cordiali e soprattutto la carineria che ogni giorno lasciavano un dolcetto e capsule per il caffè🥹♥️
Lo consiglio vivamente anche perché se cercate qualità prezzo questo fa a caso vostro anche per i spostamenti ben collegato 💕
