My room was cleaned every day. I was able to leave my suitcase in the locker room before and after check in. Overall I was very happy with my accommodation.

Our first room was very noisy and we were provided another room after we complained. I also think that 11:00 is too early for checkout.

Great location. Cozy and very clean room.
Cons:

The entrance code for the front door was supposed to be active by 6 p.m. on the check-out day, so that I can take my luggage from the luggage room, but at 3 pm the code was no longer valid. Unattended luggage room.

Ha confermato le aspettative...
Pros:

La camera è effettivamente piccola ma comunque dotata di ogni confort. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal palazzo reale Hofburg. La camera era pulitissima e anche il check-in è stato ottimo. Il letto abbastanza rumoroso (avrebbe bisogno di una controllata perché in alcuni punti si stanno staccando i montanti...).
Nelle vicinanze della struttura ci sono tutti i confort e locali dove mangiare. C'è una pizzeria sotto albergo. Tanto reclamizzata quanto cara (una margherita 14,90 euro) e comunque anche se gestita da italiani mi ha deluso nella cottura della pizza...

Cons:

Le cialde della macchinetta del caffè. Quando siamo arrivati c'erano 4 cialde per il caffè. Mi sarei aspettato che per due notti e 3 giorni, almeno una scorta di 3/4 cialde per ogni colazione...e invece erano solo 4 e quindi per una colazione siamo rimasti senza cialde e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare fuori. Con quello che costano le cialde del caffè bastava veramente poco...
