-télévision qui capte mal , coupe toutes les 3sc , inutilisable
-salle de bain minuscule de 1m2, juste fermée par un rideau , pas de pression dans la douche
-chambre « vue jardin » avec une photo de lavance = chambre vu moustiquaire au 5eme étage

The location is decent, with both the metro station and tram stops within a 10-minute walk. However, reaching the city centre takes at least 20 minutes, and the surrounding area felt a bit run-down, particularly in the evening.
The hotel promotes its commitment to sustainability, but at times it felt more like a cost-saving measure than a genuine environmental effort—for example, by not cleaning the rooms regularly.
The breakfast was also fairly average and nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, the hotel wasn't bad, but considering the price, I don't think it offers good value for money.

Parking very expensive
Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Had a nice view over the eating area below which had a lot of plant life - was very pretty.
I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator. Room was a bit warm, was starting to get pretty warm in Vienna, even in late May.
Location was not as close to most restaurants and stores we were hoping to find. Most of our vacation in Austria we ended up in walking distance of most places we wanted to go.
Communication was awesome! We were able to book an extra day and a late check in easily with the delightful Julia at the front desk. She was absolutely delightful and so helpful. The facility is AMAZING! Such a cool vibe and really unique and attractive decorations throughout both the hotel and the room. Great location! Close to U-Bahn stations, grocery right across street, excellent pubs nearby, everything you need is right there. No AC, but there was a stellar fan available and the windows open so we slept comfortably. The furniture in the room is legit super cool and lots of hooks for hanging up clothes if you are needing to do some laundry.
Parking is pricey and a bit tricky- it helps if you have a passenger who can hop out of the car and get the key card from the Front Desk to open the garage door. Then you park and have to walk up a fairly steep incline to get out- there is a string you pull if you are in your car or a green button you push if you are on foot to open the gate. After you get a room key, it will open the door to the garage. You do have in and out privileges so you do not have to stay parked in the garage. The only real issue would be if you were disabled or have difficulty pulling your luggage up a hill to get out of the garage. Once you figure it all out, it isn't a big deal and the front desk was super helpful about explaining it. There are plenty of images/directions if you look around- it's not hard to figure out. We opted out of breakfast because of the price, but it looked like it was a really good breakfast.
Breakfast was excellent - so many options and everything was very tasty. The room was very good. The bed was comfortable. We liked the design of the shower and toilet facilities - very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The garage was convenient and easy to use. The courtyard was lovely. Next time, I think we'll ask for a room with courtyard view. The location is very conveníent for getting anywhere and everywhere in Vienna.
The pillows could have been a bit bigger/fuller. I had to crunch and fold up the pillow to make it comfortable. It was quite warm in the room. We had a fan to cool it off, but our son did not. A/C? The shower was a little low on power, but adequate. The garage was a little pricey.
