Okay, but would choose another location on next trip.

Cons:

Bedding was not very comfortable and for the continental breakfast was understaffed. Although the food was great there were shortages of numerous items and lack of beverage service.

Very nice stay in Venice
Pros:

The location was great for Venice. It's close to the boat station and easy to find. The view from the hotel is nice. It was a bit loud outside, but it was ok for Venice standards and given the location.

Cons:

The breakfast. It is included, but I would include such a breakfast in the cost of the room. Better no breakfast than what is proposed. Instant coffee, in Italy? It was really strange. Definitely room for improvement. The staff was super nice, though.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war trotz 2 Fenstern sehr dunkel und roch so stark nach „Chemietoilette“ das wir dort sicher nicht noch einmal übernachten werden.
Für über 200,- Euro pro Nacht passt Preis/ Leistung nicht.

Magical .
Pros:

We, mother and 9 year old daughter loved the hotel . The room was lovely and comforting . We felt special there which is something I wanted for my daughter’s first trip to Venice . The view of the canal and the piazza with Church its bell tower were fascinating . The location is very central with good restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast room is also charming. The staff are very helpful and gracious.

Cons:

I liked everything . Just a heads up if a person can’t do stairs it has one flight of stairs to enter hotel .

Just another expensive experience
Pros:

Been there and loved it that’s why I choose same hotel , however …..

Cons:

Your front desk staff was very snotty and I felt like she just does not like to be disturbed , on what ever she was encoding . She need a to lighten up from weary travelers who arrive and expect a pleasant experience.

Beautiful place!
Pros:

Location is amazing and buiding too! Staff is very helpful as well. Breakfast was good enough

Cons:

The smell in teh bathroom was awful, quite noisy outside and thin walls so you can hear neighbors talking or doing other things

Great for a few nights.
Pros:

This hotel is vintage and needs some TLC. Breakfast items were fresh and service was good. Bathrooms were updated and showers were modern and plumbing was great. Location was excellent, St. Mark’s Square was an easy walk with lots of restaurants and shops along the way.
