The location was great and staff friendly
Our room was on level -1 below ground, there was a window facing a wall and it was covered it mould. The bathroom door also had signs of mould. The room was extremely small, and there was no towel hooks to hang towels in very small bathroom.

- From looking at other reviews, it seems like the double rooms are maintained better than the single rooms?
- Very poorly maintained. I requested to change rooms, as the first room I was given looked nothing like the pictures, lights didn’t work, and there was mould/damp on the ceilings. The second room was a little closer to the photos… but also not great. There was a hole in the floor where the tiles had split and just… no one decided to fix it? Water burst out of one of the sink tap handles when you turned it on, so I ended up using the left tap only so I didn’t flood the place. Mini fridge was broken. But it was clean so that’s a bonus!
— At £130 a night, it’s really not worth it. Maybe I just had bad luck with this price.

Excellent location for to get to Wimbledon and central London by tube.
The room was small but had everything you needed for a 2 night stay in London. Bed was comfortable, staff very welcoming, shower was amazing
Nothing
Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff, powerful shower, and nice touches like bottled water in the room and plenty of toiletries. You felt they weren’t offering the bare minimum, as with many London hotels in this price range. We were also surprised by and exceedingly grateful for the air-conditioning, as our stay coincided with a heat wave. We’ll definitely stay again if the dreaded dynamic pricing allows.
The room was a little small but that wasn’t really a problem.

Everything was very good, staff help (Mohammed was 100% professional and the ladies who do the cleaning were also so helpful and kind) and the room was lovely and the amenities and services provided were very good. Loved the little coffee area and croissants and water bottles etc.
There was nothing that I did not like
The aircon was amazing to have although it wasn’t that strong but better than not having. Nice to have bottled water and tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Lift available but corridors are narrow.
Room is on the small side but double room comfortable for one person.
The location is really good. Also the room size is enough not too small like the others.
The hotel room needs some small changes. For example in the bathroom there is nothing to hang out clothes. Also the bathroom door is made of glass its a bit hard to use it at night all lights is in the room also.
De locatie is top, het ligt op een mooie straat, heel dicht bij de metro en bij leuke pubs en ontbijtgelegenheden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar.
De kamers zijn verouderd. Er zat schimmelvorming op de randen tegen het plafond. De kamer had airco, wat welkom was. Alleen de airco was van binnen niet schoon. Er zaten vochtplekken in het plafond.

Location is really good, less than 5 mins walk from the tube, but quiet enough you get a good nights sleep.
Room was nice and comfortable with a cute little kitchen section in the wardrobe
