Could do with some repairs but overall a great stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Loved the espresso machine and croissants, it was an unexpected surprise. Place was clean, location was close to tube and felt safe staying there. All the staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Some floorboards in room were loose. Toilet was leaking and shower door didn’t properly close.

The bed was uncomfortable, the floor lino was peeling, the room was smaller than anticipated, the bedframe was held together with double-sided tape.

Would recommend this room only for a single person at best.

Great value for money in good location and attentive staff.
Pros:

Spacious room and air conditioning.
Also a short walk to Earls Court station.
Staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The lift is a little slow and cleaners left linen bags at foot of staircases which could cause issues for older guests.

The location is great, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, and there were toiletries, towels, slippers, mineral water, etc.

Cons:

I think the bathroom needs some proper TLC. The shower door was hanging off, the shower head was on its last legs, and there was quite a lot of limescale around the taps. The tiles also need regrouting as it's looking very shabby overall.

Piikus viešbutis, labai geras susisiekimas su Londono centru, vos keletas stotelių metro. Kambarys nirs nedidelis bet visi patoguma, šadytuvas, mikrobangė, viskas puiku. Labai pradžiugino kruasanai iš ryto. Tikrai atvyksime dar kartą.

staff very nice , location perfect hotel rooms let it down.
Pros:

the location of the hotel is perfect , lots of areas to eat and drink also very good access to the underground

Cons:

The hotel décor was dated and in bad repair , damp issues in the room and poor finishing in the bathroom, furniture in the room also could have been cleaner.
