For our Advance Purchase rate, we take the full pre-payment at the time of the booking. You will be required to present the same credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
We would like you to know that, if we have any problems with the credit card or with the information that you have supplied, we will get in touch via email to resolve the issue prior to your arrival.
If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.
If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorize £50.00 per night.
This authorization will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.

Zimmer wirklich winzig! Leider fremde Haare im Bett und im Bad! Waschbeckenüberlauf völlig verdreckt, offensichtlich kommt keiner auf die Idee, dass das täglich gereinigt werden muss.
The staff were very kind and helpful storing our luggage and then taking it to our room at check in. The Beds were comfortable and new bath towels were welcome. We liked the location for easy access to Paddington station.
We would recommend BW Plus Delmere to family/ friends.

جميل عصري غرفته صغيره جداً صعب تصلي فيها الازارير فيها ممتعه في استخدام الضوء والمكيف المراتب نظيفه ومريحه الفندق جمبه خمس فنادق كلهم نفس الحجم لكن المنطقه جميله وفيه شارع عليه مطاعم(مب احسن شي) لكنها نظيفه ومرتبه وتكفي
