Pros:

The staff was really nice, and the location was also great—only a 5-6 min walk from Piccadilly Station. They even upgraded our room as well! :)

Cons:

The towels needed to be changed. They were dirty on two occasions, and we had to ask the staff for new ones. Also, the bathroom smelled really bad during the night; I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it smelled like sewage.

La struttura è in ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla stazione Paddington. La camera è piccola, ma funzionale, in particolare è piena di prese elettriche e usb. Lo stesso per il bagno, con pulsanti intuitivi e immediata fuoriuscita di acqua calda e fredda, secondo le necessità

Value for money hotel stay in London
Pros:

This hotel is well located within a short walk from Paddington station, yet it is on a quiet street, so there is minimal disturbance at night. The room is very tiny but well designed. Everything works well. There is also a side room next to the lobby counter where guests can help themselves to coffee and tea. This works out really well for people like me who only need a cup of coffee and no breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Siisti huone, mukava kylpyhuone. Pyydettäessä saimme lisäpeiton.

Cons:

Kahden hengen sänky oli pieni kahdelle aikuiselle. Huone oli sisustukseltaan hyvin pelkistetty. Yöllä huoneeseen kuului paljon hissin ääniä. Vessanpönttö meni illalla tukkoon (normaalissa käytössä), mutta asiaa ei korjattu illalla eikä tarjottu uutta huonetta, vaan ohjeistettiin käyttämään käytävän vessaa. Hiustenkuivaaja ei toiminut kunnolla. Ei oikein hintansa arvoinen kokemus.
