A truly wonderful location close to most major sites of interest
Pros:

Breakfast buffet provided hot foods as well as full range of pastries, cereals, juices - everything one would want. Attentive staff and limitless coffee/tea refills - delicious all round

Todo bien, es cierto que el hotel puede parecer la decoración un poco antigua, pero no tienes la sensación de descuidado. EL desayuno tenía opciones sin gluten. Pequeño pero estaba bien.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

A great location close to the major sights, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The shower cubicle in our bathroom could do with replacing (room 409). A little noisy at night with a sound like an extractor fan going.

Great location in San Marco district...great restaurants within 2 min walk!
Pros:

Ricardo, (front desk) was very helpful with recommendations and assisting with transportation issues...very professional and personable!

Cons:

Beds and pillows need a refresh. Beds were OK, but we had a very thin pillow and a very thick, heavy pillow on each bed...neither were comfortable.
Mild disappointment...no lotion included in bathroom toiletries.

Perfect for the Venice island experience.
Pros:

We loved how central the accomodation was. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and great in helping us navigate the island/ the best restaurant spots that weren’t tourist traps.

Cons:

I would have loved to have a kettle in the room.

Great staff and location but oddly the room had no shower
Pros:

Staff, the facilities and location were all top notch. Room was big and overlooked the canal.

Cons:

The bathroom did not have a real shower. It had tub with a spray wand and no enclosure. Had to wash my hair on my knees to avoid getting water outside the tub.

L’hôtel est calme et très bien situé.
La chambre standard est dans un style vénitien.
Les viennoiseries sont fraîches et de qualité. Sucré/salé chacun y trouve son compte.

Cons:

Le jus d’orange frais est en supplément, et le jus d’orange standard est vraiment mauvais style sachet en poudre (c’est le seul défaut que j’ai trouvé de cet hôtel !)
