The rude receptionist ruined the entire stay.

The room is clean and spacious, and the restroom has been newly renovated.

Cons:

The male receptionist working the night shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning can only be controlled by the reception desk. When I requested that my room be made colder, he responded rudely and handled the situation unprofessionally.
