Un 4 estrellas al nivel de un 2.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buena, pero, sinceramente, nuestra experiencia no estuvo a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba situada en una entreplanta y el ascensor no dejaba directamente en ella, por lo que había que subir o bajar bastantes escaleras, además de ser bastante empinadas. La habitación, por otra parte, era mucho más pequeña de lo que aparentaba en las fotografías. Apenas había espacio para moverse: solo había una mesita a un lado de la cama porque en el otro no cabía nada, y la mesa ocupaba prácticamente el poco espacio libre que quedaba.

También encontramos varios problemas de mantenimiento. Al ducharnos, el agua se salía por todas partes y terminaba empapando prácticamente todo el suelo del baño. La cisterna hacía ruido, el grifo del lavabo goteaba continuamente y se escuchaba constantemente el ruido del agua por las tuberías. El secador apenas tenía potencia y resultaba prácticamente imposible secarse el pelo con él.

Además, dejamos una botella de agua sin abrir dentro de la nevera de la habitación y el personal de limpieza la tiró, algo que nos pareció bastante innecesario.

En definitiva, la ubicación es buena, pero consideramos que el estado, el mantenimiento, el tamaño de la habitación y algunos detalles del servicio no corresponden a la categoría de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Esperábamos bastante más por el precio y por la categoría anunciada.
