I stayed in a 4 person all female dorm and we got along well which made my stay at Rome more pleasant
The room was very small and the bathroom inside the room was also very small and inconvenient
Localização boa, equipe amigável, quartos limpos, camas confortáveis, ar condicionado com temperatura razoável.
Tomar banho era um problema, precisam melhorar aqueles chuveiros, além de só ter dois banheiros os chuveiros são estranhos, param de funcionar no meio do banho, ficam frios do nada, chamei o funcionário e ele abriu outras torneiras e aí o chuveiro voltou mas assim que saiu o chuveiro ficou ruim novamente. Precisam melhorar o chuveiro. E também não tem local para comer, seria interessante um balcão com algumas cadeiras só pra comer algo.

They let you leave your luggage after checkout for free, which is very convenient if you're leaving later in the day. Also, when I came back to pick up my luggage (after check-out), the staff offered me if I wanted to use the restroom before leaving. Such a small thing, yet mad a huge difference for me! Very valuable. Very comfy bed, spacious room (I was in a 4-bed female only room).
Flushing the toilet was very loud and noisy. That's my only complaint.

- en el hotel me recibieron con una habitacion con baño compartido y yo seleccione privada, tuve que pagar un excedente para estar en la habitacion con baño privado
- Una de las personas encargadas del hotel abría la puerta de la habitacion cada vez que quería sin tocar la puerta, cero respeto por la privacidad.

Place seems good, neat and tidy, very good location, I booked my room as a 5 female beds and with shared bathroom outside the room but the black guy (can’t remember the name) who is there to assist offered me room which has 4 bed only and with attached bathroom! By chance we were only 3 girls in it which was good and I was happy with it.
So there were no water in the bathroom both the morning, imagine the situation! Plus Rome is too hot nowadays so if you can’t bear the high temperature then shouldn’t opt this option to stay because there was no fan no AC. When I asked the guy to turn on the AC in the night only so that we all can sleep peacefully but seems like he was controlling from his office and acted like oh the AC is on and even on my first day he asked me to pay €10 for AC to be turned on which was ridiculous!!!

The place was always really clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the staff was always nice and helpful. Really good value per money.
