Super Hotel!
Pros:

Wir waren das zweite mal im Hotel Steiner und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen! Das Personal ist super. Das Frühstück perfekt. Die Zimmer absolut sauber. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt am Hotel und man kommt Problemlos jederzeit nach Bozen.

Da fällt mir nichts ein! :-)

Un hotel, où nous retournerons avec plaisir
Pros:

Une partie de la ville calme et tranquille, la chambre avec balcon était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et abondant.
Une petite attention de l'hotel: un petit panier avec le nécessaire pour aller à la piscine (serviette de bain et chaussons).
Le personnel est très aimable et très serviable.

Cons:

La borne de recharge pour notre voiture ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. Mais il y en a d'autres à 100m de l'hotel.

Hotel base perfetta per visitare la zona. Camera pulitissima dotata di tutti i comfort, piscine sia coperta che scoperta splendide, colazione insuperabile con prodotti del territorio di ottima qualità. Da segnalare la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff.

Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut, keine Schallisolierung. Frühstück hat sehr nachgelassen.

Hotel muito bom na região de Bolzano
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, quartos limpos e estacionamento gratuito.

Cons:

Recepção um pouco desorganizada, nos cobraram a reserva que já havia sido paga anteriormente e isso além de custos com taxas extras que não foram reembolsadas pelo banco, gerou um desconforto ao ter que solicitar reembolso.

sehr schönes Haus mitsamt Garten - und Poolanlage

Frühstück und Service waren einwandfrei - uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen - wir kommen mal wieder.

Cons:

Eine Kaffee-Bar in der Junior-Suite wäre noch toll gewesen, sowie Kosmetiktücher - Box (Kleinigkeit)
