Kamer was veel te warm bij aankomst (35 graden), geen ventilatie en kapotte airco als noodoplossing. Kamer is alleen oppervlakkig schoongemaakt en er is eea defect. Voor deze prijs echt niet ok.

La camera all ultimo piano non ci arrivava l ascensore molto piccola ci ha piovuto dentro abbiamo cambiato stanza ma il pigiama lasciato in stanza nn l abbiamo più trovato ne siamo stati mai contattati per dire che era stato trovato e se volevamo che ci fosse spedito

La habitación triple está muy ajustada. Casi podría ser una única cama. Hacía mucho calor y sólo hay un ventilador de techo, sin poder abrirse la ventana, cosa que hubiera resuelto el problema

Stanza troppo piccola per 3 persone e soprattutto senza aria condizionata nei giorni di caldo record per Londra. Finestra bloccata.

We stayed during a week when daytime temperatures reached 36°C. The room was extremely hot, and the portable AC was not working properly. It would cool for about 5 minutes before overheating and shutting down, then take around 15 minutes before starting again. As a result, the room temperature never dropped below 30°C, even overnight, making it very difficult to sleep.

When I first spoke to reception, I was told there was nothing they could do and that other guests were also experiencing problems because of the heat. After raising the issue again, someone came to inspect the room and confirmed that the AC was not working correctly. We were told it would be replaced the following morning.

The next day, after returning from breakfast, we found that the same unit was still in the room and the temperature had reached 32°C. Reception explained that the AC simply needed more time to cool the room, even though we had left it running continuously while we were away.

After speaking to reception again, technicians came to inspect the unit. Unfortunately, they arrived while it was briefly operating, so they concluded it was functioning correctly, despite the room remaining above 30°C and my explanation that it spent most of its time switched off after overheating.

The AC unit was also very dusty and held together with tape. Despite this, it remained in use throughout our stay and was unable to cool the room adequately.

In addition, the room was quite small, and the mattresses were uncomfortable, with the springs clearly noticeable through them.

Overall, the faulty AC had a major negative impact on our stay. During very hot weather, a room that remains above 30°C throughout the night makes it extremely difficult to rest, and unfortunately the problem was never resolved despite being reported several times.

Rien n’est prévu en cas de canicule. Frigo qui fonctionne pas, on est allé 3x fois à l’accueil, ils n’ont rien fait. Il faisait canicule dehors et aussi chaud dans la chambre.

There is not a lot of storage space in the room unless you want to keep things in your suitcase, then you can slide the suitcase under the bed since the bed was very high up.

The room when we arrived was incredibly hot and the window could barely open, there was no fan or ac in the room either. We asked for a fan in the reception and got it but it was very old and barely blew any wind. We managed to prop the window up more and ventilated the room a bit at night but it was horrible to stay inside until then.

The fridge in the room was really tiny and it didn't keep anything cool.

The bathroom was very small, hard to get in and out of the shower.

The TV in the room was big but unfortunately not smart, so you are stuck watching regular channels.

le stanze all'ultimo piano sottotetto sono raggiungibili sono con una scalinata ripida, l'ascensore si ferma al piano precedente, non mi hanno chiesto se avessi problemi di deambulazione o comunque a salire le scale con le valigie ecc.. Se stava salendo/ scendendo qualcuno dovevi dare la precedenza perché non erano sufficientemente capienti.
Le stanze in quel piano sono piccole e nella nostra addirittura è piovuto dentro.
Abbiamo avuto subito il cambio della stanza ma il pigiama di mio marito è rimasto nella stanza precedente ed è sparito mai ritrovato ne tanto meno spedito a casa i giorni successivi.
