Posizione ottima.

Cons:

Avrei dovuto soggiornare presso la struttura dal 25 al 28 giugno, ma siamo ripartite subito dopo il check-in.
Camera senza aria condizionata, senza ventilatore e con la finestra bloccata (non era possibile aprirla, fissata con dei chiodi). Abbiamo chiesto in reception se ci fossero dei ventilatori, e il ragazzo si è proposto di acquistarne uno il giorno dopo, ma non era possibile rimanere in camera senza sentirsi male (la temperatura esterna era almeno di 35 gradi, quella interna almeno di 5/6 gradi in più). Capisco il non avere il condizionatore, ma almeno arieggiare la stanza dovrebbe essere possibile.
In più, sia gli asciugamani che le lenzuola presentavano varie macchie.
Non do una stella solo perché il receptionist è stato molto gentile e disponibile e per la posizione.
Ho richiesto il rimborso, sto ancora aspettando notizie.

Location and proximity to Paddington station. Staff were nice enough.

Cons:

Extremely hot on the week of the heatwave, given a room on the 4th floor, no lift. Fan I found in the room was locked facing downwards and so it was only effective when held over my head. Unlocked/open cloak room. Room was a bed with a hole in the wall for a shower. My knees bashed on the toilet door when I attempted to shut it. Lighting was poor in the toilet.

Great for a one night's stay.
Pros:

Room was as expected; a bit on the small side, but it was just alright for a good night's sleep. Location is excellent.

Cons:

The climb up the stairs can be a bit strenuously, but I managed.

Assolutamente niente

Cons:

Era veramente disgustoso. La camera era minuscola. Mi hanno messo all'ultimo piano, al quarto. Le scale erano molto pericolose. Nel caso di un incendio sarebbe stato un disastro.
Sono sorpresa che booking.com l'abbia pubblicizzata.
Assolutamente inaccettabile. Non lo chiamerei albergo.

Booked for 2 nights but left after 1 to find another hotel

Service diabolical, keys didn't work for lock to the room, had to wait outside for reservation staff for 30mins to arrive from somewhere else, room cramped, and so was bathroom, sink didn't let water out, hotel in really poor repair

Heat in room unbearable, urine smell in bathroom, only 2 hand towels no bath, blood on sheets, floor boards sinking in places (foot getting caught), wires everywhere but only 2 plugs, very small room. Staircase to room very narrow. And Bedbugs!!!

La ubicación muy buena y buena conexión con el metro. Un barrio bastante conocido y con gente siempre

Cons:

La verdad que no estaba del todo limpio y tanto las sábanas como las toallas no nos generaron 100% de confianza. El suelo también estaba sucio y el lavabo se nos atascaba con el agua.

Disappointing

It’s in a very good location

Cons:

The hotel rooms are very variable. Last year I was satisfied, but this year I had a less satisfactory experience. My complaints:-
- No towels
- No shower mat
- No kettle! (teabags but no kettle?) It took me 2 days to get this sorted out.
- TV not working. Not until receptionist came with the kettle that worked that I found the switch. That made no difference because I couldn’t get any channels! Please leave instructions!
- Window could not be closed

Only if you really need to be close to Paddington

4th floor without a lift, a room literally smaller than my walk in closet at home no AC, and low water pressure. The bath/ shower is comically small
