Die Lage und der Preis.

Kein Klimaanlage im Zimmer, es war sehr warm. Wir mussten die Tür zum Flur auf halten.

Соотношение цена качество отличное.В номере чисто.Постельное белье идеально белое.Переживала,что будет запах,так как номер над каналом,но пахало приятно морем).В номере фумигатор,но комаров не было .Приехали в Венецию рано утром и до заселения оставляли вещи в камере хранения отеля.

Siamo stati bene.
Pros:

Pulizia e posizione da 10. Camere vecchiotte ma tutto sommato non abbiamo nulla di cui lamentarci. In generale tutto pensato per rendere il soggiorno comodo e piacevole (deposito bagagli, macchinette nella struttura...). Prezzo molto inferiore alla media nella zona.

Cons:

Bisogna accettare qualche compromesso, le camere sono poco insonorizzate e fuori la zona è viva (ma con le finestre chuse arriva molto poco). Tutto quanto è però ben descritto prima di qualunque accredito.

Очень не хватает воды и чайника в номере.
Pros:

В целом за свою цену отель хороший. Номер очень маленький, но чистый. Находится недалеко от моста Риальто (от вокзала Санта Лючия проще всего добраться на лодочке до остановки Realto Mercato). Хозяин высылает подробные видео инструкции, как дойти до отеля.

Cons:

Были небольшие накладки с оплатой, но через поддержку Booking удалось все решить.
