L emplacement et la sécurité de l hotel par 2 portes.
Personnel aimable

Cons:

Plein de mites partout et pleins de traces de mites écrasées partout sur les murs non nettoyés..
Par de bar comme annoncé je déconseille cet hôtel.
Dommage car bien placé il faut juste le rénover un peu

Rustig gelegen appartement aan het water, schoon en eenvoudig, met station en centrum op loopafstand, maar met een muffe
Pros:

Losstaand appartement direct aan het water, gelegen in een rustig deel van de stad. Het appartement is schoon en eenvoudig ingericht. De ligging is prettig, met het station en het drukke centrum op loopafstand.

Cons:

Bij aankomst rook de ruimte wat muf en waren er enkele kleine rioolvliegjes aanwezig.

In de lobby zijn helaas geen toiletfaciliteiten voor gasten.

Sería un lugar ideal si existiera un mantenimiento más apropiado.

Muy deteriorada sus estructuras,al menos en lo referido a mi habitación.
Cortinas desprendidas de las ventanas , y con falta de limpieza de las mismas. Ni siquiera contabas con alguna pava eléctrica para calentar agua y después de cierta hora no quedaba nadie en admisión. El desayuno pobre y las infusiones todas tibias a frías

Ok, aber braucht Renovierung
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar! Nur 2 Minuten von einer Wasserbus-Station, nicht weit von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs, mitten in einer romantischen schönen Gasse 😍 eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch in der Nähe. Und die wunderschöne Katze, die oft im schönen kleinen ruhigen Garten schläft 😍

Cons:

Leider sieht man, dass das Zimmer und das Bad etwas "müde" sind und da schon länger eine Auffrischung überfällig ist.
Die Matratze auf dem Bett war ok, aber das Bett hat so gequietscht, dass ich von meinen eigenen Bewegungen aufgewacht bin.
In der Duschkabine war leider keine Abstellmöglichleiten. Im Bad fehlen Haken :(
Das Fliegengitter ist im Fenster nicht gut befestigt, deswegen fliegen leider Insekten ins Zimmer. Ich vermute, die Fenster sind nicht besonders dicht, deswegen kommen kleine Fliegen auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ins Zimmer. Oder die waren im Zimmer, weil die Gäste vor uns mit Licht gelüftet haben.
Leider hat uns der Frühstück auch nicht überzeugt - man bekommt nichts warmes und gar kein Gemüse/Obst.
