Great location, near the San Marco square.
At nights it was quiet, the breakfast (paid separately) was continental and okay. The room was small, especially the bathroom, but clean and with all facilities.
The air conditioning was quite loud and it was difficult to sleep with it because of the sound. Breakfast variety can be improved.
My first night I arrived, I noticed lots of little hairs in the bed, as well as some stains, and the smell of a man's perfume on some parts of the sheets. No one works there past 2pm, and the person who I was messaging was not responding, so I had to sleep in the bed. The next morning I notified them, and they apologised and said they will change the sheets. That night, I could see the pillows and sheet over the mattress was changed, but not the blanket, and the sheet you put on top of you. That was the sheet that had places smelling like a man's perfume and some stains on it. I notified the person I was messaging, who kept saying they are changed, and making different excuses for perfume smell and the stains. They gave me the location to the cupboard that had clean sheets so I could change it myself, which I did. The next morning I notified the staff again who just continued to gaslight me, and tell me I was wrong, the sheets were changed. I again left it. It's one thing not changing your sheets between guests, but it's another trying to gaslight someone, and full on deny the things you are telling them. I expect some more gaslighting and undermining under this post, which I see they do a lot to the negative reviews they reply to.

I loved the room. Big, bright, with comfortable bed, kitchen, AMAZING view of the canal from our window, just perfect location. Easily reachable and really simple to get in and out.
I wish there was a mosquito net on the windows, since we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on, because of our small child, we had to go with the windows and we were bitten a lot.
The bathroom was not the best, even though we didn’t mind it. It was clean and functional.
