Over priced and the pictures need to depict what you’re getting
Pros:

The location is located within easy walking distance from many parts of Venice

Cons:

I don’t feel it matched the description at all, there were no privacy curtains and the people across could see right in the room. I would say the breakfast was continental at best.

Great location modest lodging.
Pros:

Great location 4 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Friendly, communicative and caring family operated lodge. Powerful air conditioning. Nice bathroom fixtures and shower even though small. Good value for money being in the heart of Venezia.

Cons:

No in-room coffee or hot water kettle. This is essentially in any grade hotel.

Not really a hotel
More like rooms in a large house, no reception
Was a lift , but was told not to use it.
Entrance into building, just a door and and an arrow pointing up 2 lots of stairs to the rooms
The small office desk was in the breakfask room to check in, only open untill. 1.30 pm.
Our room no.1 was small with small bathroom, not really big enough to dry yourself

Simple mais très satisfaisant.
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé, au calme, bien propre. Personnel accueillant.
Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct.

Cons:

Néanmoins tarif un peu élevé pour sa catégorie (1*), mais c’est Venise !

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel petit bémol pour le bruit

L’emplacement est vraiment impeccable, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins ça fait plaisir

Cons:

Le bruit, notre chambre donnait sur une rue assez passante, les italiens sont assez bruyants, les gens de l’hôtel aussi malheureusement…..
