Great stay in a lovely neighborhood. Clean and quiet apartment, and a very kind host.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment in Berlin. The studio was very nice, clean and quiet, and we slept really well. The neighborhood is beautiful, full of cafés and restaurants, and in a great location to explore the city.

Stefan was also very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception on the day of departure, which made our last day much easier.

Definitely a place I would recommend!

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Ackselhaus war von vorne bis hinten perfekt. Der Self Check-in war super organisiert und die Unterkunft ein Traum. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die zentrale Lage sowie der verwunschene Garten mit Brunnen und einer gemütlichen Lounge. Man kommt sich fast vor wie in Frankreich, nicht wie mitten in einer Großstadt.

Wir durften auch kurz den Gastgeber kennenlernen, der überaus freundlich war und nicht nur Fotos von uns gemacht (wir waren eine JGA-Gruppe), sondern uns auch auch einen Kerzenständer vorbeigebracht hat, was den Flair des einzigartigen Gartens noch einmal mehr hervorgehoben hat.

Beim Check-out hatten wir vergessen, den Kühlschrank auszuräumen. Der Gastgeber war so nett, uns die Sachen per Uber-Kurier zuzustellen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir können das Ackselhaus nur jedem empfehlen, der schön und zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig wohnen möchte.

Hyggelig og praktisk og sjarmerende opphold ! Uformelt og tilpasset omegnens bankende bydelsliv.
Litt stiv pris- dog må man betale litt for å kunne få oppleve en smak av det ekte i gamle

Make sure you stay here if visiting Berlin!
Pros:

The studio room we stayed in was perfect for our 4 day stay in Berlin. We were there at the end of Dec and the studio was lovely and warm the whole time. We had a kitchen area, lounge area, table and chairs and a separate bedroom which was so cosy and silent overlooking the courtyard - we slept so well and the bed was very comfy. We felt really comfortable there and loved our stay. Exploring Prenzlauer Berg was great, so many lovely shops and cafes and bars, all very chilled out and really friendly people. Stefan was amazing throughout and very easy to contact and super helpful in all his replies. Thank you for making it such a wonderful trip to a wonderful city!

Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Mooie, grote familiekamers, wat achteraf gelegen in de woningblok. Heel rustig gelegen in een bijzonder mooie Berlijnse buurt, en tegelijkertijd heel vlot bereikbaar. Hartelijke ontvangst door Stefan.

Cons:

We waren erg tevreden! Absoluut geen tegenvallers gehad!

Super Unterkunft für unser Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Schöne Einrichtung und sauberes Badezimmer. Top Lage.

Cons:

Wenn man in der Küche schläft, brummt der Kühlschrank ab und an und die Tür zum Flur schließt nicht ganz, aber ich fand das jetzt nicht sonderlich schlimm :)
