Pros:

The breakfast, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness, the proximity to city center. Even though the balcony view is just the back view of other hotels from nearby and from the courtyard between them, the presence of the big enough balcony and the fact that on the balcony it was both sunny and not too warm, made it perfect.

Bei so rixhtig heißen Wetter wäre ne Klimaanlage perfekt. Aber der große Ventilator tut es auch mal für eine Nacht.

Das Bavaria Boutique Hotel war die absolut beste Entscheidung! Es war wirklich sehr, sehr sauber. Ich reagiere sehr empfindlich auf Gerüche in Hotelzimmern, aber beim Bavaria Boutique Hotel war alles einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer, das Badezimmer, der Geruch, die Sauberkeit – einfach mega!!! Vielen lieben Dank für einen solchen Service!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt.
Der Chef ist ein ganz Netter.
Den PKW konnten wir direkt gegenüber in das Parkhaus stellen, unsere Fahrräder durften in der Hotel Tiefgarage angekettet werden. Das Tor wird geschlossen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr außergewöhnlich, ich habe z.B. noch nie Mangos mit Mozzarella und Balsamiko versucht.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, Richtung Garten. Es war überraschend ruhig, nur ab zu war das Martinshorn des Notdienstes in der Nähe zu hören.
Wir haben einen Stadtplan an der Rezeption bekommen.
Kurze (Rad)Wege in die Innenstadt und ans Isarufer mit den Museen.
Ganz in der Nähe des Hotels, hinter dem Bavaria Monument liegt der Augustiner Biergarten, hier haben wir sehr gut gegessen.
Wunderschönes Pfingstwochenende.

Pros:

The location is great. Less than 15-minute walk to the central station. There are multiple restaurants nearby, including a vegan one.
The room was nice and clean and unlike many hotels, the bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast which was included was quite nice with many options.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist großartig, man wird überaus freundlich behandelt ohne das dies aufgesetzt wirkt. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet,-auf dem
ersten Blick vielleicht etwas außerhalb des Innenstadtkerns, jedoch ist die U-Bahn Station nur gut 3 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe bestehen
auch verschiedene gastronomische Angebote (Italienisch, Brauhaus, Vegetarisch).

Un delizioso boutique hotel

Da fuori è un albergo comune con una facciata come tante, ma l’interno è un vero gioiello! La cosa più sorprendente sono le pareti rivestite con vero muschio nella hall, ma tutto l’arredo anche nelle camere e’ molto curato e piacevole. La camera inoltre aveva un piccolo balcone con vista sulla parte posteriore in un quartiere verde e tranquillo. Sorpresa nel bagno oltre ad una cabina doccia nuovissima, il Phon tipo Dyson completo di accessori! Colazione ottima, ovviamente più fornita sul salato ma comunque completa, buono anche il caffè . Posizione ottima, il centro è raggiungibile con un paio di fermate di metropolitana, ma anche a piedi con una passeggiata di circa mezz’ora. Garage di fronte all’hotel molto comodo

Cons:

Unico difetto è che la TV non era sintonizzata con nessun canale italiano, e ho dovuto guardare l’eurovision in tedesco
