Lage ist super zentral, Gerage alt und daher sehr eng für die großen Autos heutzutage. Tolles Fischrestaurant gegenüber.

Overall, I would definitely come back, but next time I would choose to travel without a car.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The four-person, two-room accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was completely renovated and in excellent condition. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The underground car park is very small, and due to the numerous columns, it is extremely difficult to navigate inside.

The hotel is located in an Umweltzone, which requires a special permit for the car, the so-called “Grüne Plakette”. It would be very helpful and considerate of the hotel to clearly mention this during the booking process, so that guests arriving by car are aware that this permit is required in advance.

Sehr Zentral, ca 5min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, Hotelparkplätze vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück

Nahe der Innenstadt, sauber, alt.
Pros:

Wirklich dicht an der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren größtenteils sauber. Personal höflich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, hier muss dringend was passieren. Bett war unbequem, wahrscheinlich auch schon zu alt. Im Innenhof ist alle paar Minuten eine Maschine angelaufen, die einen nicht zur Ruhe kommen lässt. Da kein Klimaanlage musste das Fenster offen bleiben.

Cons:

The hotel does not have air conditioning, so at the beginning of August we realized it's not a good time to visit Munich while staying in hotels without air conditioning. We knew from the reviews that the hotel had no air conditioning, but we assumed we wouldn't need it in Munich, thinking it couldn't get too hot — but we were wrong. On the days we visited Munich, outside temperatures were near 38–39°C, with tropical nights on both of the two nights we stayed there.
