Naja für den Preis was besseres erwartet
Cons:

Die erste Nacht habe ich auf ein zustellbett geschlafen das aber hart war wie ein Brett .
Nach Anfrage bekam ich eine Matratze dann war es oke. Auf Anfrage einen Ventilator zu bekommen hiess es sie hätten keine mehr. Er gab mir den von der Rezeption der auch kaputt war aber fand ich als super nett bis ich kurze Zeit später mit einem anderen besseren Ventilator aus einem Raum rauskommen sah.

Eigentlich gar nichts

Cons:

Rezeption ab ca 20 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, auch nicht nötig, da es gar keine Angebote im Hotel gibt. Ist eher ein Hostel! Zimmer dreckig, Matratzen durchgelegen, Sprungfedern deutlich zu spüren beim schlafen. Extrem hellhörig, bei jedem Schritt über uns hört man die Schritte. Badezimmer extrem klein, Dusche sehr alt und Duschvorhang alt und fleckig.

Gerade als jemand, der neu in der Stadt angekommen ist, habe ich den herzlichen, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Empfang sehr geschätzt. Alle meine Fragen wurden geduldig und ausführlich beantwortet.
Ich habe in einem sehr sauberen, komfortablen Zimmer mit einem großen Bett übernachtet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Miró-Drucke in den Fluren sowie der originale Druck in meinem Zimmer.
Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, das ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.

Hüsches Zimmer für kleines Geld
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch und die Fenster mit Wein umrankt. Es war draußen im Innenhof sehr leise und ich hab wunderbar geschlafen. Das Preis-Leistubgsvergältnis stimmt sehr. Die Lage ist auch super.

Cons:

Meine Frage, ob mit dem Internet-Router alles OK sei, weil das Internet-Signal immer wieder ausfiel, wurde damit beantwortet, dass das nicht sein könne, weil sich noch niemand darüber beschwert hätte und das Internet mit 8.7 Punkten bewertet sei. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch war das Problem aber behoben. Also hören die Mitarbeitenden schon zu, sie reagieren nur etwas merkwürdig.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Location was very convenient. It was next to metro that’s very important in moving around Berlin. Also nearby there is street with lots of shops of different brands, no need to go far for shopping. Property was nice, very well maintained, reception very polite. Next to hotel you have lots of restaurants.
