Pros:

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, bei dem man überwiegend das Zimmer zum Schlafen nutzt ok! Zimmer und Bad sind sehr klein. Eine freundliche Geste war das Bereitstellen von Kaffee, Tee und Gebäck, Marmelade und Toast in einem extra Raum.

Cons:

Die Lage war für mich sehr vorteilhaft, Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Busse. Sehr unangenehm war die Situation im dunklen Hausflur, schlecht ausgeleuchtet`.

Pros:

Zimmer waren in einem Altbau sehr nett eingerichtet. Obwohl man kein Frühstück buchen konnte wurde ein Kaffee und ein paar Toast und Marmelade angeboten kostenlos. Das ist wirklich ein sehr toller Service und nicht selbstverständlich!

Es ist hellhörig. Nachts kamen Gäste zurück, die sich laut im Flur unterhalten haben, es gibt kein Personal nachts welches für „Ordnung“ sorgt.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, schönes Bad, sehr gutes Bett. Es war wegen der Baustelle, an der nicht gearbeitet wurde, aber der Verkehr lahmgelegt ist, so ruhig, dass man nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Ich habe richtig gut trotz Hitze geschlafen. Die Lage direkt am Ku'damm ist super zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Preiswerte, aber sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man den Charme eines alten Hauses mit hohen Decken mag.
