De locatie was perfect. Dicht bij winkels en U-bahn

Cons:

Achterstallig onderhoud. Kamer lag aan de voorzijde aan lawaaiige straat.

Gute Lage in Bezug auf ÖPNV-Anbindung, Restaurants etc.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, Bad mit kleiner Dusche und kleinem Waschbecken. Bad braucht dringend eine Grundteinigung. Kein Fahrstuhl.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für Berlin guter Preis zum schlafen und frühstücken. Aufhalten im Hotel würden wir uns nicht länger. Also schlafen, pflegen und frühstücken- mehr nicht!

Cons:

Zimmer krumm und schief, alles etwas runtergerockt ( locker), Salzstangen vom vorherigen Gast lagen noch auf dem Boden.

Personal war nett

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad gab es keine Lüftung und ohne Fenster blöd. Elektrik war ein Zustand, Fernseh ging nicht. Die Chicken Bude drunter stinkte ganze Zeit man müsste lüften weil es warm war aber der Geruch war extrem.

Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал, отличное место. магазины, транспорт в шаговой доступности. Номер маленький, но все есть для недолгого пребывания. Отремонтированная душевая, чисто. Открывается окно. Завтрак скромный, но голодным не будешь, разнообразный. Место безопасное.

Cons:

Очень крутая лестница, но об этом предупреждают.

Redelijk hotel midden in het centrum van Berlijn
Pros:

Het bed was erg goed, de kamer schoon en de douche, ook op de kamer, werkte prima. De staf was neutraal vriendelijk.
Hotel lag in het hart van Berlijn met U en S-treinen binnen 300 meter afstand.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was voldoende maar met name de droodjes waren niet vers, te zacht. Het enige warme was een gekookt eitje.
In het gebouw was nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud, met name de kozijnen en vensterbanken hebben tientallen jaren geen verflikje gezien. Hindelijk vond ik het gedurige geluid van de warmtepomp in het gebouw. Om te kunnen slapen heb ik oordopjes ingedaan.

Pros:

駅からも近く、ホテル東側にはガイドブック等には載っていないが、スーパーのEDEKAや繁華街がある。繁華街を北に歩くとNHKの『世界入りにくい居酒屋』で紹介された『Wilhelm Hoeck 1892』がある。それほど入りにくくはなく、大衆酒場のような雰囲気。ホテルから徒歩15分ほど。
