Exactly what we needed at great value when we booked it!
Pros:

Quiet location in great neighborhood but only a 10 minute walk to Marienplatz. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und völlig veraltet.
Die Zimmer waren schlecht gelüftet und hatten ein sehr staubige Klima.

We had a really nice three day stay in Munchen in an elegant and exceptionally located Hotel
Pros:

The location is almost perfect. In a quiet and nice part of Munchen, a few steps from the metro station and close to the center.
The old fashioned and elegant building,
The courtesy of the staff.
Having breakfast - of good quality and abundant - in very nice inner garden. I'd even like to mention the efficiency and the courtesy of the staff serving it.

Cons:

It would be nice to have coffee and tea in the room. For the rest, nothing!

Pros:

4eme ou 5eme séjour à l'hotel opéra : nous ne reviendrions pas si nous n'étions pas satisfaits par ses prestations. Mais on peut privilégier l'excellent emplacement et le petit déjeuner dans la charmante cour intérieure.

Beautiful rooms, but not the best Customer Service
Pros:

Great location and pretty on the inside and out

Cons:

We booked two separate beds and when we got there, they didn't have a room that had two separate beds available so they only option was to have a rollaway as a second bed. They did nothing beyond that to try and accommodate us or compensate for not having the room that we requested.
