Non credo che torneremo ne consiglieremo.
Pros:

La spiaggia privata, la posizione rispetto al mare e a Vieste. Il ristorante zona piscina. Anche se non attesa, l' animazione allegra, con uno staff di ragazzi in gamba. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Piscina bella e grande con bar vicino. Tunnel privato per arrivare in spiaggia. Navetta per la spiaggia che ogni tanto abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prendere

Diciamo che ci aspettavamo una vacanza diversa. Innanzitutto metterei lo staff che, con qualche rara eccezione sparsa, non è stato ne cordiale ne collaborativo. Alcuni al limite della maleducazione. Seconda cosa l' organizzazione della struttura. Ci attendevamo un hotel 4 stelle con spiaggia privata e non in sostanza un villaggio vacanze molto esteso, perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Poi abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere clienti di serie b per loro. Come da loro dichiarazione appena arrivati, avendo prenotato con booking (e con buona offerta avendo prenotato mesi prima), non avevamo diritto ad alcuni servizi riservati ai clienti diretti. Quindi in primis ci hanno destinati ad una struttura secondaria distaccata, bella e moderna per carità, ma solo dormitorio. Hotel principale visto solo per le colazione con una scalinata e passeggiata da fare. Spiaggia dalla 8a fila in poi, niente possibilità di mezza pensione. Stanza non rifinita e sensazione fosse poco usata con due letti singoli in più che restringevano gli spazi. Ed altro ancora ma vista la bellezza del mare, il cibo buono del ristorante delle piscine e della colazione, la settimana è stata comunque bella.

Posizione, personale cordiale, piscina e spiaggia privata

Cons:

Pulizia delle stanze da migliorare, ruggine in alcune componenti del bagno (inaccettabile per un 2 stelle figuriamoci un 4 stelle), colazione con prodotti non di primissima qualita’, incluso il cappuccino. La struttura non vale assolutamente le 4 stelle.

Great place for young families.
Pros:

The pool was beautiful and great location in Vieste.
The hotel pizza restaurant was great!!

Pool caps had to be worn in the pool by everyone.

Vacanza allegra e divertente
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto molto la possibilità di scegliere se fare hotel/ residence o campeggio. Perciò si può stare anche con amici che non amano fare la tua stessa formula( hotel o viceversa .)
Accolti da personale molto disponibile e cordiale, sempre pronto a soddisfare le tue esigenze.
Serate allegre e and divertenti in compagnia di animatori che si impegnavano molto per intrattenere i vacanzieri.

la struttura alberghiera è situata all'interno di un villaggio, ben organizzato, i servizi sono buoni nel complesso. La posizione è ottima sia dalla spiaggia, difronte, sia dal centro a circa 1 km

Cons:

il servizio in sala, disorganizzato, forse i ragazzi dovrebbero avere un po più di esperienza ma soprattutto coordinati da qualcuno esperto... abbiamo cenato la prima sera, la carta dei vini si porta sempre o quantomeno si chiede cosa si intende bere...metre distratto diciamo cosi....

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Städtchen und sind von der Stadt selbst, den Menschen und dem Essen begeistert. In diesem Jahr waren wir zum ersten Mal mit unserem 1,5-jährigen Hund unterwegs. Ich war wunderbar überrascht, dass niemand ein Problem damit hatte, wenn wir am Strand oder im Restaurant waren. Ich kann sowohl das Hotel als auch den Ort selbst allen empfehlen, die Hunde haben. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt für den schnellen, unterirdischen Zugang vom Hotel zum Strand

Ich verstehe, dass süße Frühstücke zur italienischen Kultur gehören (darüber konnte man sich nicht beschweren, es gab Kuchen in Hülle und Fülle). Aber für die anderen Gäste jeden Tag dasselbe? Hätte man uns wirklich nicht mit etwas überraschen können? Es fehlten immer Gabeln und Teller.
