Pros:

Потрясающий отель, который я очень рекомендую! Расположение 10/10, первая линия, вдали от центра города, но при этом пешком до центра 10 минут. У отеля есть своя парковка. Отличный завтрак, удобный номер, комфортная постель и хорошая шумоизоляция. Спасибо команде отеля, все на высшем уровне.

Die Lage war gut und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Wir waren 2 Wochen im Hotel und hatten wenig Stauraum für unsere ganze Kleidung. Betten sehr hart.

Excelente custo x benefício!
Pros:

Localização próxima ao centro de Albufeira (10 min caminhando), em frente à uma bela praia. Bairro calmo e acesso rápido à outros pontos da cidade. Estrutura do hotel é impecável.

La ubicación y la salida directa al mar

Cons:

Si vas a reservar habitación interna, confirma bien que no de al comedor que quedas encerrado sin salida al balcón porque te desayunan a 1 metro. Pague pago habitación externa y el cambio es muy evidente.
Los desayunos son iguales siempre así q al 4 día estás cansado. Cobran por la caja de seguridad.

Very clean hotel
Pros:

This is a really nice hotel and is spotlessly clean. The breakfast options were plentiful and the cooked foods were always hot. I celebrated a birthday whilst staying here - which I did not mention to anyone, however on the morning of my birthday whilst at breakfast I was presented with a home made birthday cake and a gift, a beautiful touch, thank you.
The only reason I did not give 5 tars was one small incident that happened with a receptionist. I went to ask if they could send someone to fix the air conditioning as it was uncomfortably warm in our room. The male receptionist began to argue with me stating that it was “impossible as they all run off the same system”. I offered for him to come to the room to check for himself which he stated that he did not need too as he knew it was working. Eventually I turned too another guest stood behind me (a complete stranger!) and asked him if his “air conditioning was working and cooling the room?” To which he replied “yes, I have turned it off as it’s too cold for me”. Only at this point did the receptionist agree to call maintenance. A few hours later maintenance arrived at our room, took a few minutes looking at the air conditioning and said he would have it fixed in a couple of hours - which he did.
When paying to stay anywhere I don’t expect to be treated as if I am lying or being made to feel foolish over something as menial as air conditioning.
However, that said, its prime location to the old town and I would definitely consider going again.

Location on the beach!
Pros:

Perfect location. Amazing breakfast included. Room decor was a little tired.

Expected more of room decor and amenities for 4 ⭐️ and AC was weak.
