Kindly note that guests can enter the Republic of Cyprus, via the legal points of entry located in the island. These include the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Latchi and Paphos. Entry into the Republic of Cyprus from the Northern Cyprus is deemed illegal and may not be permitted, even to legitimate visa holders and those who do not require visa to enter the Republic (e. g. the EU nationals).
The swimming pool and Loucoullos Restaurant are open May-October approximately depending on weather conditions. The Gym is closed some days for Christmas, Easter and in August for summer Holidays or for any urgency. Please consult the Hotel description or website for closing dates. Please note that our Beauty Salon is currently closed for renovation. For other arrangements please contact our Reception.
Prohibited Items
For health and safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing or using in guest rooms any of the following: irons or other heating appliances (unless provided by or approved in writing by the hotel), candles, open flames, firearms or other weapons, knives (other than standard cutlery), explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, corrosive chemicals, or any other hazardous or potentially dangerous items.
The Hotel reserves the right to inspect, remove and safely store or dispose of any such items found on the premises, in accordance with its duty to protect the safety and well-being of all guests, staff, and the property. Guests may be held liable for any damage or harm caused by the possession or use of prohibited items.
In addition please do not leave any electronic item (e.g. mobile, computer, tablet, smartwatches, fitness trackers etc) charging unattended and also do not charge any item on any fabric surface, as this may be a Fire Hazard.

Fajny hotel w centrum Nikozji, niedaleko dworca autobusowego i starego miasta. Wygodne, duże pokoje. Obsługa sympatyczna i pomocna. Bez problemu dostaliśmy pokój przed czasem. Śniadanie smaczne, wybór wystarczający, prócz gotowych dań na ciepło, można zamówić omleta itp. Polecam ten hotel!
Połowa kanałów nie odbierała. Zamknięta siłownia.
Fijne locatie, schone (bad)kamer en goed ontbijt.
- Kamer is gedateerd met een smal bed.
- Het is fijn dat er een zwembad is, maar deze worden blijkbaar ook gebruikt door niet-hotelgasten. Tijdens het verblijf was er een kinderfeest waardoor er bijna geen plek was in het zwembad.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The atmosphere was relaxing, and overall I had a really good experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
L'emplacement est très bien. La piscine est grande et meme s'il y a du monde on ne se mrche pas dessus. La chambre etait d'une bonne taille. Petit déjeuner parfait.
S'il y avait la possibilité de choisir entre plusieurs types de coussin ce serait parfait (mou, dur, plat etc...)
