Important information:

Kindly note that guests can enter the Republic of Cyprus, via the legal points of entry located in the island. These include the airports of Larnaca and Paphos and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Latchi and Paphos. Entry into the Republic of Cyprus from the Northern Cyprus is deemed illegal and may not be permitted, even to legitimate visa holders and those who do not require visa to enter the Republic (e. g. the EU nationals).

The swimming pool and Loucoullos Restaurant are open May-October approximately depending on weather conditions. The Gym is closed some days for Christmas, Easter and in August for summer Holidays or for any urgency. Please consult the Hotel description or website for closing dates. Please note that our Beauty Salon is currently closed for renovation. For other arrangements please contact our Reception.

Prohibited Items
For health and safety reasons, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing or using in guest rooms any of the following: irons or other heating appliances (unless provided by or approved in writing by the hotel), candles, open flames, firearms or other weapons, knives (other than standard cutlery), explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, corrosive chemicals, or any other hazardous or potentially dangerous items.

The Hotel reserves the right to inspect, remove and safely store or dispose of any such items found on the premises, in accordance with its duty to protect the safety and well-being of all guests, staff, and the property. Guests may be held liable for any damage or harm caused by the possession or use of prohibited items.

In addition please do not leave any electronic item (e.g. mobile, computer, tablet, smartwatches, fitness trackers etc) charging unattended and also do not charge any item on any fabric surface, as this may be a Fire Hazard.

For ironing services please contact the Reception by dialing '0'.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Buen hotel, habitación amplia, buen servicio y aparcamiento gratis.
Pros:

Hotel estupendo, habitación muy amplia y limpia, con nevera, cafetera, y aire acondicionado. Desayuno correcto y aparcamiento en sótano gratuito. El personal atento y eficiente.

Cons:

No tuve ningún problema especial, el hotel no está en el centro de la ciudad pero se accede de manera sencilla.

Mooie kamer, stil, lekker bed, prima ontbijt en aardig personeel. 10 minuten lopen naar oude centrum

Cons:

Één chagrijnige dame bij de receptie. Niet duidelijk dat je 's avonds ook bij het restaurant bij het zwembad kunt eten (dus zat al vol).
Zwembad is ook open voor niet -gasten, dus in het weekend veel gezinnen met kinderen ...

Rezeption war freundlich

Cons:

Gym sollte laut Info am Zimmer bis 21:00 Uhr offen haben. Um 20:14 Uhr wurde ich zuerst gefragt, was ich jetzt wolle und unhöflich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass sie um 20:30 Uhr zusperren. Dann wollte er diskutieren. Ich habe gesagt, geben sie mir ein Handtuch, je länger wir diskutieren, desto länger bleibe ich dann.
Auch die Pollzeiten sind ein Witz. Wenn man bis 17:30 arbeiten muss, geht sich die Nutzung des Pools nicht aus, denn das ist nur bis 18:00 Uhr gestattet bzw. erst ab 10:00 Uhr möglich ist (viele möchten vor dem Frühstück schon schwimmen gehen). Verstehe nicht, warum die Zeiten so stark eingeschränkt sind; hatte das noch nie in einem Hotel, mit so knappen Zeiten (wenn, dann bis 22:00 Uhr und Gym ebenso von sehr früh bis spät)

Pros:

Location ,the pool and free parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic for 4 star hotel,no green olives,no hallumi,no Cypriot products..and also entrance is with steps,no luggage easy ramp area..front smoker's area(like terrace) ashtrays never emptied,the area smells..pool is overrun by locals on weekends,hotel guests hardly can use the pool..

Thanks for the beautiful suite for the honeymoon couple. The food was excellent, so was the staff and everything else. Thanks once again, you guys are great !

Pros:

Чистый, удобное расположение, есть подземный паркинг (не использовал) + еще рядом довольно просторный открытый (для центра Никосии это важно). Завтрак разнообраный. Персонал приветливый и готов помочь, при необходимости.

Cons:

Спортзал в несколько печальном состоянии (но здорово, что он есть!). На сайте устарела информация, там укзано, что бассеин на реновации - но он уже открыт и выглядит здорово!
