Pros:

La piscine, les transat, les pouffes, le tennis, la flexibilité de l'hôtel (on a quand même eu une chambre avec un lit normal suite à notre demande), terasse sans vis à vis

Cons:

Un peu de poussière dans les armoires, et les desserts pas très bons

Pros:

Amazing view from restaurant, pool and presumably sea view rooms. Good breakfast selection. Lots of parking.

Cons:

Room.could have been cleaner, especially bathroom. Cheeky not to provide coffee sachets in room (only provided decaffeinated).

Excelente experiência!
Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos por toda a equipa, sempre muito simpática, atenciosa e profissional.
O quarto estava impecável e muito confortável, a limpeza diária foi excelente e o pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e qualidade. A localização também é ótima.

Uma estadia que superou as nossas expectativas. Muitos parabéns a toda a equipa pelo excelente trabalho e pela forma tão acolhedora como recebem os hóspedes. Esperamos voltar em breve!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with absolutely stunning views over Funchal and the ocean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always perfectly taken care of, and we truly appreciated the excellent service. The pool area and the overall atmosphere of the hotel were fantastic. Everything made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Thank you for making our stay in Madeira so special!

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we were very happy with our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed a last minute week at this gorgeous place.
Pros:

The view from the large balcony was beautiful. Our room was fantastic, large and roomy.
Buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice. Also omelettes cooked fresh with your choice of ingredients.

You need to be prepared that the hotel is atop some very steep hills. Although the courtesy bus is very good it stops around 6ish but taxis are very reasonable.

The hotel is on many different levels so takes a while to get your bearings.

Happy hour in the cocktail bar is excellent value, drinks half price.

The staff were amazing, the bar staff in particular, especially Liliana, Carlos and Tiago, all great fun.

Cons:

The evening buffet at 34 euros per head was, in my mind, extremely overpriced. We only used it once and there was no way it was value for money. The A La Carte restaurant was better value.

Персонал на ресепшене очень вежливые и помогали по всем вопросам

Cons:

Уборка! Просто ужас, за неделю нам ни разу не поменяли полотенца и постельное белье, иногда даже не оставляли туалетную бумагу. Кровати заправляли наполовину, пол убирали через раз хорошо, чаще всего просто сверху

Завтрак был однообразный и мало выбора, фрукты и овощи не всегда свежие
