Lokalizacja, czysty nowy pokój, wszystko działało.
Sprzątają codziennie. Miły personel i pomocny. Ładny taras i basen. Generalnie ładny nowy hotel.
Śniadania mogą być lepsze. Codziennie to samo: jajecznica, rodzaj owoców, pieczywo i napoje. Ogórki/pomidor. Ale w takich hotelach to raczej standard.

Falta de aparcamiento y dificultad para aparcar en la zona
Pasamos cuatro días, y nos ha dado una pena enorme tener que irnos. Superó con creces todas nuestras expectativas, y aún no entendemos por qué solo tiene tres estrellas.
En primer lugar, destacar la atención de todo el personal, que fueron amables, y cercanos.
En segundo lugar, destacamos la decoración, la comodidad de la habitación y las camas, el desayuno, y todo el resto de zonas conunes: bar, piscina, gimnasio y terrazas.
Para terminar, la ubicación es inmejorable. Está en todo el centro, pero en una calle muy tranquila, por lo que todo está a mano y a muy pocos minutos andando. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

De ligging is perfect, je loopt zo het oude centrum in. Ontbijtbuffet is prima. Mooi dakterras met ligbedden en zwembad. Gezellige bar en kleine tuin. Sfeervolle inrichting kamer. Geen geluidsoverlast.

Óptima localização. Tem um agradável terraço no topo do edifício com piscina e bar.
O soalho do quarto aparentava não ter sido limpo, apresentando cabelos, areia e pequenos pedaços de papel de hóspedes anteriores.
Embora o estacionamento seja anunciado como uma comodidade principal na página do hotel, trata-se apenas de um acordo com um parque próximo e com custos adicionais. O hotel não tem parque de estacionamento. Fui informado pela rececionista de que o referido parque se encontra frequentemente esgotado, sendo aconselhável efetuar a reserva do mesmo em simultâneo com a do quarto.
Como este parque estava cheio, tive de conduzir durante cerca de 30 minutos pelas ruas apertadas da zona em busca de um lugar. Importa referir que o estacionamento na via pública para não residentes é escasso e pago (das 8h00 às 20h00).

Just missing some bar at the rooftop pool
We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Funchal. The room was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a small fridge, which was a nice bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it included all the essentials: good coffee, fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, and other breakfast favourites. Everything was fresh and tasty, so we always started the day satisfied. The hotel also has a lovely lounge and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the food or simply relax with a drink in a peaceful setting.
The absolute highlight of the hotel is its three rooftop terraces. They are perfect for sunbathing throughout the day, and the views over Funchal are stunning. One of the terraces also features a small outdoor swimming pool with a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere—an ideal place to unwind after exploring the island. The location is another big advantage. There are plenty of great brunch cafés just around the corner, and the harbour, shopping streets, and the centre of Funchal are all within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a fantastic location, and wonderful spaces to relax. We would definitely stay here again.
