Lekker centraal en alles op loopafstand. Kamer was heel schoon en een prima bed. Zwembad op het dak was ook heel fijn.
Kamer is eigenlijk net te klein. We hadden 2 grote koffers en die kan je eigenlijk nergens kwijt. Kast is te ondiep om er kleding in op te bergen.
A localização é excelente, estamos mesmo no centro do Funchal. Os quartos são confortáveis e o pequeno almoço foi muito bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Ein schönes, neues Hotel, mitten im Zentrum. Cafés, Innenstadt, Restaurants etc. alles innerhalb von 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Toll ist auch die Möglichkeit, Parkplätze dazuzubuchen. Aber besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter. An der Rezeption wird man immer mit einem herzlichen und ehrlichen Lächeln begrüßt. Es wird alles getan, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich, zu gestalten.
Es wär toll, wenn das Frühstück 50min vor dem Ende nicht halb leer wäre. Sonst war alles wirklich super ☺️
The location was great, close to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the wardrobe setup very practical and convenient.
The breakfast was quite limited, with not many options, but the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
New and modern hotel with enough facilities. The only downside was that the pool bar was not open, even though the place was crowded with guests every afternoon, I guess due to the end of the season. Very friendly staff, especially Tania who made our stay memorable by going above and beyond to help us. Location is great, would highly recommend as a good value for money in Funchal!
The staff were super helpful and the room was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a really lovely bonus!
It could be a bit clearer that you have to pre book parking. We had to park in a supermarket carpark which was fine but hard to find
Perfect location in Funchal, close to absolutely everything - the waterfront, markets, supermarkets, old town, cable carts etc. Stylish rooms kept clean and stocked. Lovely pool area with a great view too! Only had breakfast at the hotel but it was varied enough for a holiday breakfast - probably more so for non vegetarians.
But the staff are the winning streak to this hotel! They are so incredibly helpful and friendly, super knowledgeable and gave great advice whenever I asked. And constantly wore a welcoming smile which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of booking. I cannot wait to revisit myself!
