Melhor quarto que já fiquei hospedado na viagem que fiz. Cama gigante parece que 2 queen. Cabo USB-C e USB-A na cabeceira, com interruptores para as luzes dos 2 lados. Muito confortável. Café da manhã também é bem completo e com bastante produtos que costumamos comer aqui no Brasil. Localização excelente, bem na praça Marquês do Pombal, só atravessar a rua já pega o metrô, dá pra descer a pé na Av. da Liberdade, tem várias coisas perto.

Cons:

O que não gostei são apenas detalhes, para abrir a porta do quarto precisava dar um chute nela pois estava meio emperrada, o cara da manutenção que nos ensinou esse macete. Kkk
E a porta do banheiro não foi bem planejada, ela abre para o lado onde está o vaso sanitário. Ou seja, faltou um planejamento melhor pra não atrapalhar quem está usando o banheiro.
Outro ponto foi o restaurante Xenu que eles nos indicaram pra almoçar. Procurem outras opções, a comida é boa, mas veja as avaliações do restaurante antes, eles já fazem de caso pensado em esfolar os preços de quem é turista. Ficou nítido que o restaurante se aproveita disso para extorquir o cliente

Overall, the stay is good.
Pros:

It is convenient for turist because its location is central, near the tour bus station and metro.The room is spacious but vi have no view of the city since our room is at the back.The housekeeping personel is excellent.The breakfast buffet is good.

Cons:

Vi did not get the type of bed vi have chosen upon reservation as stated on and if we insisted on this we have to change our room reservation.

Ótima localização, confortável, bom atendimento e ótimo café da manhã.

Camas confortáveis, quarto espaçoso, com cafeteira, água disponível. Atendimento cordial, bem localizado, café da manhã ótimo.

Cons:

Barulho dos demais hóspedes ao bater a porta do quarto; como estávamos no final de semana, o hotel estava bem movimentado. Sistema de cobrança não funciona através do booking.com, somente à parte, e não estava garantida a reserva quando chegamos ao hotel, por sorte haviam quartos disponíveis.
