Emplacement, prestations de bonne facture, personnel très serviable .

Cons:

Bruits des climatiseurs au 8eme étage toite la nuit. Changement de chambre pour le 2eme séjour mais sans m informer que les chambres auraient 2 lits jumeaux alors que nous souhaitions 1 lit double .

No entanto meus amigos sairam bem decepcionados .
Ficaram em 2 quartos bem ruins .
Um muito pequeno e o outro com problemas hidraulicos .

Só a localização é boa mas o quarto é minúsculo, o café fica dentro do armário e não tem nem espaço pra abrir a mala… é péssimo. Foi o pior hotel da excursão pela Europa… o café da manhã da pior qualidade. O Booking mostra que tem táxi pro aeroporto e não procede.. o café da manhã não está incluído. Nao recomendo o hotel e meus amigos e conhecidos certamente não frequentarão esse hotel

O quarto é minúsculo não tem espaço nem pra abrir a mala. O Booking diz que tem taxi de retorno pro aeroporto mas só pagando!!! Uso sempre o Booking mas desta vez vocês falharam …foi uma experiência péssima tanto pelo hotel quanto pelos serviços enganosos do Booking

A localização era bem interessante e facilitou nossos deslocamentos para os locais que desejávamos conhecer. Cama bem confortável, quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Adorei o quanto o quarto ficava escuro ao fechar as cortinas.

Cons:

Gostei bastante. Só o elevador do hotel que costumava demorar.

Excelente hotel em Lisboa. Adoramos !
Pros:

Excelente opção para ficar em Lisboa. Local movimentado, mas amplo e com Metro para ir para todos os lugares.
Pequeno almoço excepcional. Especial elogio para a colaboradora Vivian na entrada do restaurante que nos recepcionava com muita atenção e simpatia todos os dias, e os demais funcionários foram muito educados e prestativos.
Será nossa opção ao voltar a Lisboa.
