O pequeno almoço era óptimo, muita variedade, tudo fresquinho

Piscina ardiendo y horario de cierre a las 7,tenía que estar más tiempo.Que era 90% de extranjeros enfocado a ellos.No poderme meter en la piscina me ardía los ojos por los químicos cloro etc varios factores.
No puedo decir que es lo que más nos gusto, por que fue todo espectacular, desde la piscina, los espectaculos, la comida, etc... El hotel es ESPECTACULAR. Repetiremos la experiencia sin dudarlo.
Lo unico que nos incomodo un poco es el tiempo de espera para el ascensor, pero lo entendimos sin ningun problema. Todo lo demas ESPECTACULAR.
Ofrecía mucha actividad durante el día y noche, empleados excepcionales, ubicación aceptable.
El hotel necesita una reforma urgente. Hay varias cosas rotas en la habitación, desde espejo, ducha oxidada esquinas y humedades etc.. Hay 5 ascensores y tardan muchísimo en llegar y es desesperante. Agua de piscina grande muy caliente desde la primera hora del día. Es mejor meterse en la piscina pequeña, que está más fría.

La cena, la comida sin sabor
Nos encantó la piscina infantil. Era difícil sacar al peque de ahí. Perfecta para un niño de 3 años.
En relación al personal, muy amable y antento. Una camarera (Desi) demostró un trato excelente con nuestro hijo.
La larga y aburrida espera por los ascensores. El hotel tiene 5 y, a pesar de todo, se forman colas y tienes que esperar mucho para poder usar uno.
Por otro lado, las bebidas no están incluidas en el buffet; tienes que pagar incluso por el agua.
En cuanto a la animación, todo está pensado para el cliente inglés: británicos ofreciendo show para británicos. Lo pasamos bien igualmente.

El buffet del desayuno y de la cena además de la zona de piscina y el parque. El personal fue amable.
La habitación no me gustó. Era pequeña y los colchones muy incómodos. Tampoco me gustó la ubicación. El hotel estaba oculto entre árboles y otros edificios. No había ninguna señalización. Los ascensores eran lentos.
