L’emplacement, près du centre-ville avec la possibilité d’y aller à pied.
Un parking payant mais très appréciable et pratique.
Chambre communicante pour 4, vraiment immense en fait 3 en une. Salle de bain grandiose. Lit très grand et confortable.
Cafétéria de l’hôtel avec un menu pas cher et très bon.
Et petit déjeuner très varié avec de bons produits.

El personal, tardaron 3 días en cambiarme de habitación tras reportar una falla en el aire acondicionador de la otra habitacion
El hotel es antiguo pero muy bonito, las camas muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Me gustó mucho que tienen hasta acondicionador para el pelo, en unos botes, con champú y crema corporal. Una de las recepcionistas, la que nos atendió, encantadora y muy servicial. La persona que estaba en la entrada al comedor también muy agradable. En general nos gustó mucho. Si volvemos a Zaragoza, volveré a este hotel.
Las griferías son muy antiguas, no sale bien el agua, y en unos de los lavabos se quedaba estancada. los tickets del parking, no funcionaban bien, y después de sacar el coche de la plaza de aparcamiento, tuvimos q volver a meterlo y subir a por otro ticket.

Nesureguliuota dušo srovė – šis vienintelis dalykas labiausiai erzino visą viešnagės laiką - nejaugi neįmanoma sureguliuoti taip, kad srovė būtų pakankama greitai nusiprausti. Ilgus plaukus reikėjo plauti pusė valandos... be to visi šampūnai ir dušo želė per aukštai pakabinti - kažkur palubėse. Vaikams reikia pagalbos, patys nepasiekia. Parkingas per brangus, galėtų būti įskaičiuotas į kainą.
