Pros:

Onverwachts moesten we s'nachts 2 kamers boeken. Dit was geen probleem en we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Heel goed ontbijt en mooie grote kamers met op de kamer de mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te drinken en een fles water.

La habitación muy bien y el cuarto de baño muy grande y cómodo. Y todo muy limpio. Ademas tiene una pequeña piscina que en el centro de Murcia se agradece mucho. Y el personal muy profesional y atento.

Central air conditioning takes time to cool down. During extreme heat, which is typical in this region, this should be taken into account in advance.

Great location, staff are amazing
Pros:

We stayed due to its location as we were going to a concert at Plaza del Tores. The room was excellent, great size, beds comfortable and great shower in the bathroom.

Cons:

The pool area is small - not a problem it is for cooling off really but several of the children in the pool were allowed by parents to splash and play causing a few people to feel uncomfortable in the pool. Also people leaving the area and leaving towels on the sunbeds - we did speak to the man up there about this.

Fabulous stay in Murcia
Pros:

Very central to walk from the hotel to all of Murcia old town and very good restaurants. Very clean, delicious breakfast, very comfy beds and very helpful and friendly staff. The roof top pool was also great in the 38 degree heat!

Petit déjeuner très bien. Repas du soir aussi était excellent.

Cons:

Petite piscine avec une capacité maximale de 6 personnes. De plus, pas beaucoup de chaises longues disponibles.

Excellent staff and excellent location.
Pros:

Every member of staff we interacted with was fantastic. Reception were always smiling. The lady at breakfast could not do enough for you. Location was brilliant. Short walk to everywhere.

Cons:

Pool area was a bit on the small side. Went up on our first afternoon and you couldn’t get a space. It did not detract from our break.
