A Lovely Hotel with a Great Location

The pool and the location - it's a very good looking hotel.

I think they should have valet parking as the parking lot is narrow and its difficult to maneuver.

Wonderful location, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Very clean room, cleaning staff very friendly. The swimming pool was a great size and not too deep. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Cons:

We did have an issue with the taxis being nearly 25 minutes late, we almost missed our train. That was no fault of the hotel staff though.

We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the staff and the location of the hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff and cleanliness of hotel. Pool area was quiet during our stay so we had no problem getting sun beds or cabanas at any time of day.

Cons:

Pros:

Todo el personal fue muy amable. La habitación familiar era amplia y la presión del agua de la ducha excepcional! El acceso al hotel es muy fácil (en la carretera de entrada a Tarragona). Tienen parking subterráneo. Es un paseo de 10 minutos caminando hasta el centro.

Cons:

por favor, deberían asfaltar el parking ya que tiene mucha tierra que ensucia las maletas

Pros:

Overall, it was a very nice facility and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The building has been modernized and suitable for handicapped visitors

Cons:

The actual servers in the restaurant were not overly helpful in that they were often absent and hard to reach. The restaurant facilitators were very helpful.

Un poco apartado del centro, aunque se llega caminando en 10 minutos.
