Pros:

The location is not bad, not too far from the sea and from the Roman Amphitheater. Unfortunately, that's the best one can say about this typical chain hotel. It has the stars, the lift works, etc. But it lacks any atmosphere, any charm.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, the service in the "restaurant" was terrible.

Cons:

The hotel is a modernized aged modern building (sorry for this strange description!!!). The car park is only aged modern, i.e,, run down and not renovated. The restaurant is very much "modernized": It looks and feels like a fast food outlet and throws out hamburgers and similar food with minimal service.

Prima verblijf. Ga je voor meerdere dagen parkeer dan elders.
Pros:

Fantastisch groot bed en algehele indruk van het hotel.

Cons:

Snelheid van het bedienend personeel ondanks zij erg aardig en vriendelijk zijn.
Daarnaast is het erg jammer dat men 15 euro rekent voor een parkeerplaats. Dit zou gewoon in de kamerprijs verrekend moeten zijn!

Le séjour était agréable et sans surprise décevante

La proximité à pied des lieux historiques, des restaurants et de la grande artère commerçante
Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse adaptée PMR
Petit déjeuner dans la norme de ce standing
L'accès rapide à la plage se fait par la rue adjacente de l'hôtel par un pont qui enjambe la voie ferrée, les autres passages étant distants de quelques kilomètres!

Cons:

L'accès au parking souterrain est difficile pour les véhicules bas sans racler le bas de caisse, un nivellement au niveau du trottoir pourrait être nécessaire

Fantastic stay, great hotel. excellent staff and brilliant breakfast
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, not far from the beach and the historic area of Part Alta. The hotel bar offers great value for money with the price of drinks cheaper than in town. The pool and garden areas offer a place to relax after a day of walking and seeing the sights, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast selection which is well worth the cost.
We will definitely be back.
