Pros:

Great and friendly staff. Two full sized towels, two pillows each. Big tv, big windows. The little things make a big difference.
There's a local cafeteria/bar located next to reception that's very reasonable value and for public transport there is a bus stop right outside.

Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas, tenia terraza, las habitaciones y el baño más o menos reformado y que dejaron entrar a mi perrita y le dirían una bolsita con snacks para perros en nuestra llegada de regalo

Cons:

Que llegamos en domingo y Justo el domingo el restaurante no abre y se nota que el hotel tiene muchos años y hay cosillas que se quedan anticuadas

Good short stay location close to the airport with easy access to centre. Restaurant food is good.
Pros:

Very clean and adjoining bar/restaurant is welcome. Easy bus journey to centre with stops outside hotel

Short and sweet!
Pros:

Cleanliness, shower, soft towels, car parking and overall location (near to ferry port). Also cafe/restaurant on site.

Debía haber polvo porque estuvimos fatal de la alergia a los ácaros...el baño bien, el desayuno bien aúnq no son puntuales al abrir..La Cama HORRIBLE de lo blanda que es...nos dolía la espalda al día siguiente,y las almohadas idem.Pague más por algo renovado y fatal

Tuvimos que cambiar la habitación porque se nos inundó el baño y el personal resolvió el problema enseguida. Las camas eran cómodas y el aire funcionaba muy bien.

Cons:

El color a moho, las puertas del baño no cerraban, no había jabón de manos y el baño se inundó porque no tragaba el desagüe.

Cómodo pero sucio
Pros:

Estás relativamente cerca de Santander en cercanías y dispone de aparcamiento.

El personal bastante agradable, permiten dejar las maletas antes del check in sin coste.

Cons:

Considero que la habitación estaba MUY sucia, todo lleno de polvo y se notaba que no barrían hace bastante o al menos esa impresión me dio.
