Excellent location, but not a comfortable choice for a family of four.
Pros:

The location is excellent if you want to explore Oviedo’s city centre. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast was advertised but was not available. The furniture is quite old, and the room didn’t have a Smart TV. Although the room could be booked for four guests, it felt too small for a family of four. The sofa was only about 100-120 cm wide, so it wasn’t suitable for two people. It also had sharp edges that caught our clothes and scratched our legs.

Was in the centre and can go to places very easy.

Cons:

No having a kettle to make tea or coffee, they should have one for internationals travellers.
