Lo mejor valorado, Sergio, el recepcionista: el mejor que he encontrado en los múltiples hoteles donde he estado, un gran profesional (espero que tenga el sueldo que se gana con su trabajo).

Estaba relativamente cerca del centro, la cama era cómoda.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor, llamé a recepción y no me dieron ninguna solución. (Se podría haber provisto de algún ventilador por qué era la ultima planta y el calor era insoportable).
El recepcionista que nos atendió esa mañana muy agradable, nos dio varias recomendaciones muy buenas, en cambio, el que había en el turno de tarde ni te saludaba cuando pasabas y no nos puso ninguna solución a la falta de aire acondicionado.
Después de haber pagado más de 100€ por una habitación, me parece una tomadura de pelo no tener aire acondicionado y en cambio en la cafetería estaba siempre a tope...

El personal fue muy amable y profesional.

Cons:

No tenían aire acondicionado porque estaba estropiado, el Sr Alejandro Cuervo le dio igual tenernos sin aire toda una semana sin hacer nada, gracias a la calidad de personal que tiene fue que no nos fuimos y nos quedamos aguantando mucho calor sudando toda la noche. Creo también que al Sr Cuervo le quedo grande el ser director de este hotel.

All refurbished and good. Breakfast and breakfast room were really nice. Parking was adjacent and really easy.

Cons:

Room was a tad on the small size and despite this the Aircon struggled.

Disappointing Stay

We were truly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. As a 4-star establishment, we had certain expectations around comfort and service, but unfortunately, these were not met.
One of the main issues was the complete lack of air conditioning during an ongoing heat wave. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable, particularly during the night, and significantly impacted our overall experience. In fact, this lack of air conditioning effectively ruined our holiday—it was impossible to recover from the heat at night, and we found it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to get proper sleep.
What made matters worse was the lack of transparency from the management regarding the reason for this issue. Clear communication would have gone a long way in managing expectations and showing consideration for guests.
The hotel’s website explicitly states that air conditioning is available in all rooms, which was a key factor in our decision to book here. Given that this was not the case, we feel misled. For a hotel of this rating, we expected better maintenance standards and more honest communication.
Overall, the experience fell far below what we anticipated, and we hope the hotel takes steps to address both the facilities and how they communicate with guests in the future.

Camas confortables, habitación y baño limpios

Cons:

El desayuno es bastante mejorable, tanto en calidad como en variedad. Los huevos revueltos, bacon y huevos fritos deberían ofrecerse en dispositivos que mantengan su temperatura. El café es malo, malísimo.
