Pros:

El personal muy agradable y amable, la salida directa a a la playa está genial y las comidas mejoraron con los días. Cama cómoda.

Cons:

Les solicité ponerme en una habitación donde no hubiera mucho ruido y si era posible en una planta alta. No solo la habitación era en la primera planta, sino que era exterior y daba a lo que no sé si serían las cocinas. No podía abrir la ventana del olor y del ruido. Martillos a las 7am que parecía que venían del piso de arriba, ventanas sin aislamiento acústico y habitaciones igual, escuchaba la cadena de los otros cuartos. No sé cada cuanto se barrería en la habitación pero diariamente lo dudo… He estado en muchos hoteles de esta cadena y cada vez van a peor… parece que se han anclado en los 2000.

Amazing
Pros:

Absolutely stunning. The hotel is excellent with lots of activities. The pool area is like a tropical paradise, with a quiet area or a fun area. We only had breakfast and the choice was great especially the fruit. The Hotel is walking distance to a choice of bars and restaurants. Bars on the beach stunning and friendly. We parked our car in the Hotel car park and when arriving to collect it had been cleaned courtesy of the hotel for a safe drive home. Overall beautiful hotel in a stunning location.

Cons:

Only 2 lifts, but not a big deal. Only 2 electric sockets in the main bedroom, but again only our preference.

Básico para ser un 4 estrellas

La ubicación, el baño con el plato de ducha grande y las camas cómodas

Cons:

2 ascensores pequeños para un hotel tan grande y encima deja de funcionar uno y no lo arreglan hasta el otro dia. Si vienes con carrito con un bebe es desesperante el tema ascensores. La comida con muy poca calidad y muy repetitiva, la bebida del buffet mala. La piscina muy profunda en casi todas las partes. Muy pocas actividades y poca animación.

Pros:

Las camas eran muy cómodas, la comida estaba muy buena, siempre había bastante variedad para elegir, en una semana no repetí nada de comer ni cenar. El personal excelente, lo mejor la animación. Mi hija no ha salido del miniclub . No hemos esperado cola para nada.

Cons:

La educación de la gente, ocupando mesas que no les corresponde, los camareros se lo decían pero ellos a lo suyo. Hamacas todo el día ocupadas para usarlas 1h si llega...
Necesita una renovación por ejemplo mejor ducha que bañera, pero eso no ha influido en lo bien que nos lo hemos pasado
