Espaces communs de l'hôtel très appréciables (bar, piscine extérieure) avec décoration soignée, petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité avec des produits régionaux, personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique et attentif à répondre à toutes les demandes. Chambre spatieuse et confortable avec literie de qualité.

Cons:

Attente importante pour le check-in (chambre qui n'était pas prête à 15h, nous avons dû attendre 1 heure de plus), piscine intérieure très petite et non chauffée. Ménage de la chambre correct mais pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles dans les recoins. Insonorisation de la chambre très limite.

Super tolles Hotel mitten im Hang.
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben war das sehr nette Personal am Empfang. Besonders David war super freundlich und hat es geschafft, dass wir uns sehr willkommen geheißen haben.
Sehr praktisch: Der Lift, der einen den Hang hoch-und runterbefördert - direkt ins Hotel.

Cons:

Das wir das Frühstück nicht auf schönem Terassenrestaurant essen durften (war der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel buchte)
Noodle soup karton auf dem Gang war nich appetitlich. Lag am Morgen noch imm Gang.

Pros:

Чудовий сніданок, бар та ресторан на терасі. Дуже хороші ціни і смачна їжа. Набагато краще ніж де інде в центрі. Басейн - чудовий плюс. Також близько до торгового центру. Є фунікулер до автобусних зупинок з готелю.

Cons:

Щось шуміло постійно у номері, схоже як вода у трубах.

Pros:

El Hotel está bien. Buena piscina exterior. La Piscina interior no estaba calefaccionada
