It was clean.
We booked a Premium Room with the All-Inclusive package, expecting a more comfortable experience and access to exclusive facilities. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing.
The Premium benefits were practically nonexistent. We paid extra for access to the infinity pool, but it was constantly overcrowded, and we never managed to use it. The same applied to the jacuzzis: there were only two, both very small and always full. What made this even more frustrating was that the supposedly exclusive facilities appeared to be accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they had paid for Premium or All-Inclusive.
Our Premium Room was anything but premium. The bathtub was old and visibly patched up. The air-conditioning unit was damaged, with a piece missing, and barely worked. It was also incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep in the heat.
On our last night, the sliding glass door, which did not close properly, kept opening because of the strong wind, creating even more noise. Between the heat, the faulty air conditioning and the door, our nights were far from restful.
The hotel itself is poorly organised. There was no air conditioning in the common areas, and each building had only two small elevators. Since our room was on the seventh floor, we sometimes had to wait up to 20 minutes just to go up or down.
Customer service was equally disappointing. The reception was practically impossible to reach. We repeatedly called both phone numbers provided, without success.
There was also no iron in the room. When we requested one, we were told we had to pay a €50 cash deposit, which seemed unreasonable given the category of room we had booked.
Overall, we paid a significant amount extra for Premium and All-Inclusive benefits that offered little to no added value. The facilities were overcrowded, the room was poorly maintained, and the hotel’s organisation and service fell well below expectations.
En la habitación donde teníamos que dejar las maletas porque nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista, había personas tumbadas en el suelo, cambiándose de ropa, no había espacio y era un completo caos

La piscina sucia.
Nos encantó la piscina infinity, el problema es que sólo puedes entrar con todo incluido o habitación premium
Las bebidas eran horribles, encima de ser máquinas son de marca blanca, terminamos bebiendo solo agua…
En cuanto a la habitación, habían desperfectos y pocos enchufes
El personal muy amable y las habitaciones están bien.
La piscina es muy pequeña para toda la gente que hay. La piscina infinita que se ve en las fotos es solo para los de régimen de todo incluido, debería avisarse antes.
En general todo, comida buenísima, habitaciónes muy confortables, instalaciones muy buenas y el trato excelente

La piscine à côté du centre de Padel, calme car réservée aux moins de 16 ans, mais ferme trop tôt (17h)
Climatisation très vieillissante, pas entretenue. Présence de cafards dans la salle de bain. La description de l'hotel avec terrains de padel, alors que les terrains n'appartiennent pas à l'hotel mais à un organisme privé.
El buffet y la piscina
La relación calidad-precio, ya que la limpieza, las instalaciones y los servicios no son para nada de un hotel de 4 estrellas o "resort" cómo indican que es el hotel.
El trato del personal y la comida
Por comentar algo, las instalaciones deberían ser más amplias, me refiero a la zona de la piscina.
