Interessante Tage in Bilbao
Pros:

Gute Lage zur Altstadt und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sauber. Entgegen manch anderer Bewertungen, war es trotz geöffneten Fensters relativ ruhig.
Das Personal ist durchgängig freundlich.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr lärmig. Ein paar Filzgleiter an den Stuhlbeinen würden schon helfen.

Poucas vagas de estacionamento.
Quando o hóspede chega para estacionar e as poucas vagas estão ocupadas, o hóspede tem que se virar para encontrar estacionamento na rua, praticamente uma missão impossível.
A recepcionista falta bom senso, muito mau educada.

Pros:

A localização é excelente. Fica muito perto do Casco Viejo e do Mercado da Ribeira. Dá pra fazer tudo por ali a pé mesmo. E dá pra ir caminhando pela beira do rio. Mas se quiser pode pegar o tram que é só atravessar a rua. Muito prático.

Cons:

Sinceramente, achei caro pelo que oferecem. O quarto é honesto, cama legal e travesseiros ótimos. Mas mesmo assim é bem simples e o preço é muito alto para o que proporcionam. O chuveiro é um problema, porque ele não segura e fica caindo, embora a água seja quentinha, boa e forte (ficamos no quarto 203). Não ouvimos barulho da rua mas ficamos hospedados de segunda a quinta de manhã.

Pros:

Aparcamiento horrible. Información horrible, en el hotel no saben si hay o no un bar abierto y donde y no saben de la existencia de los ascensores públicos pasado Eroski para subir a la parte alta del barrio. Único sitio donde aparcar. No se puede decir estando en Atxuri que si quieres tomar algo te vayas al casco viejo de Bilbao. Investiguen bien la zona

Prácticamente nada. Desmerece la marca Silken. No tiene sentido manchar de esta forma la marca con hoteles más que interesantes.
