Important information:

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00.

Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner.

The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee.

The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain.

The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00.

All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th.

Hôtel resort sympa
Pros:

Personnel très attentif.
Grande piscine très agréable pour nager.
Restaurant sympa.

Cons:

La chambre assignée à notre arrivée n'était pas la bonne. Certes plus grande (petite suite) MAIS sans la vue sur mer commandée et très bruyante (isolation phonique sur rue inexistante, / fenetre sans joint...).

La situation s'est rétablie le lendemain.
Le personnel a été au petit soin, mais cela reste tout de même désagréable à vivre..

Pros:

Location is great with big swimming pool.

Cons:

It is a very dated 5 star hotel. Food at the beach bar is low quality. Need to keep it simple. Trying to be posh menu but quality is poor.

Hôtel juste correct pour le prix, le terme Palace ne convient pas vraiment.
Pros:

Belle chambre et grande piscine.

Cons:

Localisation un peu éloignée du centre ville nécessitant obligatoirement une voiture. Aucun personnel pour s’occuper des bagages, aucun nécessaire de toilette dans la chambre. Il faut toujours demander à la réception même pour avoir de l’eau. En revanche personnel de l’accueil sympathique qui fait son possible. Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

Pros:

The hotel have now contacted me regarding my deposit, it’s a shame it took a trip advisor review for this to be done, and asked me if o remove my original review.
The staff when staying were amazing. Better service after would have been appreciated.

Pros:

This hotel is amazing . The friendliness from the staff is 5 star . Linda , Tolo and Alex were exceptional. The breakfast choice was 💯 and the food was 5 star . The beds were very comfy and the room was clean . Our view was amazing . The only thing I would say and it’s a very small negative is that the pool food should be more snacks like sandwiches / burgers as the menu only really offered larger meals . We will return though

Alicia is the best asset of this amazing hotel
Pros:

We had such a good time at the Valparaiso palace. Starting with a very chic and luxury smell when you arrive, then the staff at the hotel is just too nice. If you are lucky enough maybe you will meet Alicia at the reception which really adapted to our customer profile and needs in a very kind and professional manner. She really is the 6th star of the hotel. Every thing was clean, rooms were luxurious and well decorated. One of the best hotel experience in a lifetime.

In general the place is not 5* standard and rather aged.
Pricing was absolutely out of this world for what was delivered. From a dusty, a dirty pool area, to a not refilled mini bar, a really really, really average restaurant, I would say this is a really good 3 star experience.

Lovely weekend break
Pros:

The location is in a nice peaceful place . The hotel itself and the staff are very attentive and very welcoming . Especially the reception staff . They were very kind and courteous.
