Important information:

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the indoor pool from 13:00.

Half board room rates on 31st December include a Gala Dinner.

The indoor pool is part of the spa facilities and is accessible for an additional fee.

The Valparaiso Spa includes a huge heated pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and ice fountain.

The access to the Spa is not included in the room price, and is available for an extra cost of 15€ per hour per person (5€ for an extra hour). For safety reasons babies until 2 years old are not allowed in the Spa. For children between 2 and 16 years old the spa is every day avaibable from 10:30 until 13:00.

All spa facilities will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21st to 27th.

Nice , but not 5 star.. general upkeep needs to be addressed

Book three single beds ,got a cot bed
Shower did not work, had to wash my hair over the bath.even after telling staff , still didn't work. ( not good enough for a 5 star)
The air conditioning was very noisy especially at night.
Broken tiles around lower swimming pool..dangerous.
Carpet on stairs is slightly ripped.

The hotel tries hard to be a 5 star location but even though there are positive aspects..it fails! even the first impression..the lobby, is very old fashioned and makes guest question their choice! the hotel is well located overlooking the harbour but you have to take a taxi to reach any other restaurant or bar or actually any other location..what the hotel offers is ok but not more...breakfast selection is absolutely fine and well prepared! the pools are ok but they all contain salt water only! the staff is friendly and willing to help in all hotel! in general the hotel is simply outdated and would require a full overhaul! we stayed in a renovated room which was quite comfortable! there is no proper bar, no music nowhere, the mini bar in the room offers very little choice..the place has potential but I doubt anybody will be willing to make the serious investment required for the upgrade!

Great pools and staff
Pros:

There are a lot of good things about this hotel. The location is brilliant, the outside space/pools are amazing and very clean, and the staff cannot do enough for you. The only thing that lets it down are the bedrooms which are in need of refurbishment. The suites have been refurbished and are lovely but the regular rooms need some attention - me and my husband had a suite and our teenage daughters had a regular room. The photos on the hotel website show the refurbished rooms including a walk-in shower and up to date decoration but this is not representative Despite this the housekeeping team is good and the rooms are very clean.

In un albergo a 5 stelle la pulizia della stanza e il cambio asciugamani, accappatoi e lenzuola non veniva fatto giornalmente. La doccia aveva problemi di regolazione dell'acqua ed anche questo non va bene. Prese di corrente solo in un comodino nell'altro no. Cavi usb o cavo c inesistenti

Outstanding hotel
Pros:

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, it was absolutely wonderful.

The staff were very attentive, always friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Special shout out to a young gentleman on Reception (didn’t catch his name but badge said he was in training) who have lots of advice on local places to visit and the best transport mode to get there.

Our room was lovely, clean and spacious overlooking the pools. We had fresh towels every day, bed changed and the room cleaned.

The pools were very nice and there was waiter service as well.

The hotel is on a steep hill, but we knew that before we booked and as we are quite fit the walking didn’t bother us at all.

All in all a lovely hotel that we would definitely return to.

Another fab stay!
Pros:

We just love this hotel! this was our second visit and we would come back again in a heartbeat!
The staff are all so super nice, we loved Pacco, so helpful and friendly! Comfortable bedroom, great breakfast and fabulous swimming pools. Hotel restaurant for evening dinner was very good, we ate there our last night when the weather was very hot and we thought we'd take advantage of staying in the cool hotel! The hotel is very quiet and our rooms were spotless.
Be prepared to get a bus or take a taxi to get to central Palma, Uber's seem more expensive on the island so avoid, local taxi drivers are chatty and you dont wait long for them. Easy to get a taxi back from the taxi rank near the cathedral.
2 minor things, the air conditioning is centrally operated so you dont have individual control in your room (except off/on) the temperature was fine in our rooms and
I only mention as some people feel the heat more than others and its nice to have your own control.Also, it would have been nice if housekeeping left a fresh bottle of water each day and not just on arrival. But this was not an issue for us as we bought some when we were out.
