Pros:

La limpieza impecable, el personal del hotel muy atento y amable, tanto en la recepción, como el servicio de limpieza y en el comedor, además en éste, todo muy eficiente y ágil.

Cons:

No hay nada destacable, el hotel nos gustó mucho en general.

Chambres très agréables, salles de bain refaites, très confortables
Le parking ferme

Cons:

Le restaurant, très cher et plats sans saveur. Pizza soit disant artisanale au fromage…pâte molle , sauce tomate directement versée de la boîte et fromage pâteux…millefeuille à la pomme pas cuit, pâteux aussi.
À éviter, il vaut mieux manger une planche de charcuterie au bar…
C’était meilleur avant.
Le petit déjeuner annoncè a 7 h 30 n’ouvre qu’à 8 h…ennuyeux quand on doit partir tôt.

Habitación amplia y cómoda . Servicio de comidas bastante deficiente.
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, aunque está algo anticuado nos tocó una habitación renovada muy amplia. La piscina es una maravilla, por eso nos alojamos aquí.
El fuffet de desayuno está bien, nada espectacular, pero no me gustó un detalle; cuando ya estábamos dentro, nos avisaron de que se acababa el servicio y directamente taparon con unas mamparas toda la zona de servirse, sin poder coger nada más.
Entiendo que haya horario, pero deberían respetar a la gente que ya se encuentra en el comedor, al menos dar unos minutos de cortesía para coger otro café o servirse cualquier otra cosa. Pagar 14 euros para desayunar corriendo mientras te retiran hasta las cosas de tu propia mesa, no me parece normal.

Cons:

El tema de reservas para comer tampoco lo tienen bien organizado, ni nos lo explicaron antes de acudir al hotel, por lo que al estar allí nos dijeron que no tenían mesas para darnos de comer porque había otro evento externo. Deberían dar prioridad a los alojados o al menos explicarlo.
Pasa igual con las hamacas de la piscina, había gente externa pasando el día y ocuparon toda la zona cercana al agua, por lo que no pudimos coger un sitio accesible para algunos familiares con problemas de movilidad. Deberían tener zonas reservadas igual que se hacía hace años.

Pros:

A pesar de la invasión marroquí de los días previos a nuestra visita, pudimos descansar tranquilamente, que era lo que buscábamos, aunque a la playa, por la situación, no pudimos ir, entre otras cosas porque el acceso para personas con movilidad reducida estaba cerrado precisamente por el momento que atravesaba la ciudad.

Cons:

El desayuno me pareció justito en la variedad. Siempre había alguna cosa que faltaba y había que pedirla y en ocasiones tardaban mucho en servirlo. Además solicitamos la devolución por la situación de la invasión extranjera y solo nos ofrecían cambio de fechas, pero las vacaciones nos las dan en verano, no en los siguientes seis meses que nos daban de plazo.
